Tato bakalářská práce „Problematika systému odměňování zaměstnanců Magistrátu města Jihlavy“ analyzuje současný stav systému odměňování tohoto subjektu veřejné správy a navrhuje jeho zlepšení. První teoretická část vysvětluje důležité pojmy odměňování především veřejného sektoru, druhá praktická část se pak zabývá konkrétním systémem odměňování Magistrátu města Jihlavy, jeho rozborem a také zhodnocením spokojenosti zaměstnanců samotného Magistrátu pomocí dotazníkového šetření. V závěru je zpracován návrh na zlepšení současného systému odměňování. This Bachelor Thesis entitled ”Problems of the remuneration system of the Municipal office of the town of Jihlava employees” analyses current state of remuneration system of this subject of public administration and proposes its improvement. In the first theoretical part, important terms of remuneration are explained; the second practical part is focused on specific system of remuneration of the Municipal office of the town of Jihlava. The system was thoroughly analysed and evaluation of the employees’ satisfaction with this system was examined with opinion pool.
