In the second part are strategic analysis, financial analysis, generators values and fianancial plan.
Impact analysis of location and construction type on the market value of houses in Havlíčkův Brod and the surroundings

The main objective is assessment to which extent the usual price of selected houses is affected by the location and type of structure. Further tasks are finding the cost price of houses according to the valid valuation regulations and finding approximate price comparison method according to the valid valuation regulations, including the price of land in a single functional unit. Another task is to create a database of offered prices of comparable objects through which is determined by a direct comparison of the market price of houses. In the final part of the thesis is a price comparison of observed houses.
Analysis of the effect of insulation on the housing unit price in a model house in Vyškov

This thesis examines the influence of insulation of perimeter structures on the price of residential units in model house. Model example is prefabricated house in the town of Vyškov. The aim is to determine whether is the investment for owners of individual apartments beneficial and, if so, what is its return time. Two views on this issue are saving energy for heating and appreciation of prices of apartments. The secondary objective is considering other options to save energy.
Evaluating the appropriateness of selected methods of valuation of houses in the Ústí nad Orlicí with an emphasis on civic amenities

This thesis deals with the analysis of the valuation methods and their mutual comparison and assessment of suitability. The theoretical part presents the basic concepts associated with the valuation of real estate valuation methods for the analysis of the type of property house and the notion of civic amenities. In the practical part of the work five houses in the Ústí nad Orlicí are described and measured. The main object of this work is to compare the impact of service availability on the marketability of houses and evaluate which of the methods reflect the amenities most accurately. Another object of this work is to evaluate the difference in the two possible procedures landscaping cost calculation method according to the current pricing regulation. Finally is made a comparison of the valuation methods and evaluate the most appropriate method.

The first part of the diploma thesis defines the terms used in relation to real estate appraisal, description of the appraised localities, and description of the individual appraisal methods. The practical part of the diploma thesis provides a description and an appraisal of six family houses situated in various urban areas with different public facilities. It regards appraisal by the cost method, comparative method according to regulations and non-regulation comparative method. The aim of the thesis is to compare the impact of accessibility of services on the marketability of family houses in urban areas with different public facilities.

The master´s thesis deals with the business valuation of the selected construction company operating in the region of Zlin. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical one analyses company valuation process and methods used for business valuation. In the practical part, selected methods are used for the construction company valuation. The current market situation is taken into account and comparison with competitors in the Zlin region is processed.
Betterment of building by investment into smart building system

This thesis deals with investments issue for smart house systems. The theoretical part describes the definitions of the economic area, the area of intelligent systems and real estate valuation. In the practical part, there is detected the real estate price, accomplished a survey of public opinion and designed particular smart house system. The proposed solution is divided into sections and evaluated from economic and non-economic aspect. In the conclusion there is determined the value of the real estate after the completion of the investment.
Financial analysis and valuation of Feroplast spol. s r.o. company

The main object of the master's thesis is to provide a description of the firm valuation methods employed in this field at the moment and also to apply some of these techniques to determine a value of the chosen company. The main part of the thesis is mostly concentrated on the characteristics of the discounted cash flow methods that are viewed as most commonly used. However, a brief introduction of accounting-based methods as well as relative valuation methods is included. For the purposes of valuation of the Feroplast spol. s r.o. company, the earnings-valuation methods were applied, namely the discounted cash flow methods based on FCFF and EVA and also the method of capitalised net revenues. The results these methods provide can vary and as such shall be compared and analysed. Before the valuation itself, however, it is necessary to perform financial and strategic analysis that represent substantial part of every valuation.

There are important concepts, tools and methods introduced in the theoretical part of my bachelor thesis on theme Trademark as an intangible asset of a company. All the gained theoretical knowledge about intangible assets, methods of valuation and mostly about brand, its elements and functions, are the basis of the practical part. The subject of practical part is application of gained theoretical knowledge about Trademark as an intangible asset of a company. The purpose of the part is to introduce the company and primarily to calculate the value of trademark and its management in DataLife, Ltd.
