Diplomová práce "Ocenění podniku Rudolf Jelínek a.s." je zaměřena na stanovení tržní hodnoty podniku pro investory. Literární rešerše shrnuje teoretická východiska oceňování podniků a jednotlivé postupy pro stanovení tržní hodnoty podniku. Ve druhé, praktické části diplomové práce jsou využity teoretické metody na data konkrétního podniku Rudolf Jelínek a.s.. Součástí druhé části je strategická analýza, finanční analýza, generátory hodnoty a finanční plán. Thesis "Bussiness valuation of Rudolf Jelínek a.s." is focused on the determine the market value for investors. Theoretical part summarizes the theoretical basis of valuation of businesses and individual procedures to determine the market value of the company.In the second part of the thesis are used theoretical metods to the data of a particular company as Rudolf Jelínek a.s. In the second part are strategic analysis, financial analysis, generators values and fianancial plan.
