V první části se diplomová práce zabývá vymezením pojmů spojených s oceněním nemovitostí, popisem oceňovaných lokalit a popisem jednotlivých metod ocenění. V praktické části diplomové práce je popsáno a oceněno šest rodinných domů, které se nacházejí v různých obcích s rozdílnou občanskou vybaveností. Jedná se o ocenění nákladovým způsobem, porovnávacím způsobem dle vyhlášky a porovnávacím způsobem nevyhláškovým. Cílem práce je porovnání vlivu dostupnosti služeb na prodejnost rodinných domů v obcích s různou občanskou vybaveností. The first part of the diploma thesis defines the terms used in relation to real estate appraisal, description of the appraised localities, and description of the individual appraisal methods. The practical part of the diploma thesis provides a description and an appraisal of six family houses situated in various urban areas with different public facilities. It regards appraisal by the cost method, comparative method according to regulations and non-regulation comparative method. The aim of the thesis is to compare the impact of accessibility of services on the marketability of family houses in urban areas with different public facilities.
