Walking through the landscape, picking herbs together

One goal of the work is to update herbalist practice for the current context of possible futures from a queer ecological perspective - to present a guide that can be read through the lens of inclusive prepperism. Furthermore, it strives to record and map the solidarity and community uses of herbs, mushrooms and woody plants in the author's social connections. The work is viewed in the context of collective care, resilience and its possibilities. Thematically, the work is straddled by the successive branching of intersectional contexts, an assemblage of media, memories and experiences. It is a compendium of recipes for working with herbs, mushrooms and woody plants collected among friends, supplemented by recipes from personal practice. The recipes are interwoven with stories, interviews, testimonials and experiences. The work is a multimedia c It takes the form of a digitized book. The text is complemented by original illustrations, audio content and video. To increase accessibility, the book will be freely available on the internet.
Form lessons as a part of school strategies supporting contentment and safety feeling in primary school pupils.

The diploma thesis is focused on the importance of properly managed classroom classes, in terms of their impact on building good relationships in the classroom and creating a pleasant environment in primary school. It deals with their function, importance and benefit for individuals, and therefore for the whole team, including the class teacher. The content of this work also deals, for example, with the correct compilation of class rules, which contribute to the creation of a confidential and relaxed atmosphere in the class team, in which students are not afraid to speak and cooperate. Furthermore, the work clarifies why and how class classes should be held and what topics are appropriate to include in their thematic plans. The main goal of the thesis is to find out whether the classroom classes contribute to the creation of a safe and relaxed environment at the Elementary School Zdice u Berouna. To verify this goal, I will use qualitative methods, namely structured observation of students' groups during class classes and structured interviews. Both qualitative methods take place on the grounds of Zdice Elementary School. The thesis deals with employee satisfaction and motivation system of the selected company. In five logical parts, the thesis gradually focuses on the introduction to the issue, literature research, where it discusses employee motivation, communication, workplace and team and employee benefits. The main part of the thesis describes the design and realizationof the questionnaire survey, the evaluation of the results and the assessment of the company's motivation system. Based on these findings, a proposal for possible improvements in specific areas is implemented.
The Spell Of an Unspoken Promise

The Spell Of The Unspoken Promise reflects a lack of presentation, a critical approach and insight into psychosomatic problems in the art education and society based on a capitalist economic system. It touches the issue of abuse of power in the non-hierarchical relationship in the institutional environment of art education, but also on a personal level. It records a gradual return to listening to own body and chronologically reveals events that had a direct effect on its impaired condition. To what extent and in what way does the body box reflects traumas, emotional experiences and fears? Through video essay, elements of poetic narration and textile objects, the work opens up a deeply sensitive subject reflecting the mechanical processes of the body. There are also overlaps with elements of holistic medicine and healing.
Music Instrumental Ensembles at Primary Schools

The thesis is focused on the activity of children instrumental ensembles in the region of the capital city Prague. In the first chapter we are studying the role of a musical instrument during the development of musical education in Czech schools. The next chapter concerns with psychological aspect of the human personality. Musical skills and abilities acquired by playing musical instrument and especially engaging in an ensemble, where it is important to perceive every other person and instrument support its development. The teachers are also an important part of an ensemble. We are dealing with use of the musical instruments that are currently available for teachers at schools. The research part of the thesis is dedicated to the particular ensembles in the region of Prague. Our goal was to map and summarize what motivates children to play in the ensembles and to find out what leads people to found musical ensembles, what they expect their work to be like and what they would appreciate in their pedagogical experience.
Drama education in beginning school attendance

Diploma thesis deals of drama education in beginning of the school attendance. The theoretical part explains the basic terms as drama education, drama education objectives, methods and techniques, personality of drama teacher. In the practical part I present a plan of dramatic lesson. The empirical part examines whether drama education can affect the climate of the class, cohesion of the team or whether it may present difficulties in social contacts. Research metods are observation, dialogue and questionnaire survey.

Class teacher to 2. grade of elementary school

The diploma thesis deals with the content of work of class teachers at the 2nd level of elementary schools. The aim of the thesis is to describe the content of the work and the legislative definition of the function of class teacher on the basis of professional literature, its competences necessary for the performance of this function and the duties connected with it. In the theoretical part is described the development and legal definition of the teaching profession. Furthermore, classroom function, class social structure and possible methods of pupil discipline support. The research part describes and analyzes the experience of class teachers with whom the interview was conducted, monitoring their perception of this function, positive and negative experiences. The purpose of the interviews is to penetrate deeper into the current problems of class teachers and to learn how they are currently facing them. The conclusion of the thesis is an analysis of these experiences.
