The Study of Benefits in an Engineering Company.

This diploma thesis deals with evaluation and optimization of the system of benefits in an engineering company. Introductory part of the thesis describes the basic ways to increase motivation of employees through the comprehensive system of remuneration and benefits. Next part of the thesis presents a comparison of benefits provided by companies operating in the Czech Republic and the particular engineering company ABC. Practical part of the thesis carries out a survey focused on the most frequently provided benefits by different companies. The thesis also includes the questionnaire in which the interest for specific benefits was expressed. The benefits in which the greatest interest was shown are supplied with a financial description of costs for the employer. The conclusion provides additional recommendations for further optimization of the questionnaire and specific proposals to improve the system of benefits in the engineering company ABC.
Operating and technical condition of the sewer network

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to prepare a list of methods which used for analyzing the operational and technical condition of the sewer network. In this thesis, I worked up a support software program in Excel which is based on the proposed 756905 TNV (Design) for the assessment of sewer networks, sewer systems and buildings. The first part is treated by means of research and deals with methods and apparatus to determine the operational and technical condition of the sewer network. To better understand the issue, this part be supplemented with information from the design of sewer networks and sewage connections. The second part deals with the technical assessment of the sewer network and classification coding system according to EN 13508-2 and 756,905 according to TNV (Design).
Marketing Plan of Selected Product

Marketing plan is formed based on methods and approaches that are summarized in theoretical part of this thesis. The content of the plan is coming from micro and macro analyses and also form survey that has been conducted in this thesis. The output is adequate marketing plan for introducing new web based game to the market. In this diploma thesis is also suggested optimal price of the product.

This information system is primarily intended to be used for assembly of unit owners, members meeting of building housing cooperative, or meeting of the municipal council, general meeting of shareholders and similar.

The thesis describes basic methods of producing energy and presents the basic division and characterize sources of energy. It compares and describes the production of energy in the Czech Republic and the United States of America. The thesis explains, where and how is this energy consumed and presents energy production and consumption in the Czech republic and in the United States of Amerika and provides a comparison of the two countries. Indicates the percentage of consumption in various sectors in these countries and the distribution of energy consumed by resource used. The thesis is also focused on the comparison of household consumption in the Czech Republic and the United States of America. It specifies the average household consumption of Prague and New York and investigates the causes of the difference in average household consumption of both countries.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with creating a draft strategy to increase the marketability of certifield baby shoes. The strategy plan is developed for the company KONSORCIUM T+M, Ltd. It contains proposals for marketing and financial plan, strategic analysis and business aroun the SWOT analysis. The result of such part is the promotion to raise awarensess and marketability of buyres depending on the increase in marjet share and profit from the sale of children´s footwear.

The diploma thesis deals with marketing communication of a selected company Znovín Znojmo, a.s., which is operating in a scope of business of viticulture and winemaking. The diploma thesis is dived into three parts. The first one is theoretical part, which deals with theoretical findings on the issue, while it forms a theoretical framework for the analytical part. The second one is the analytical part, which describes the current state of the company as well as the marketing communication. The description of the company is accompanied by analyses of an environment and a survey. The third one is the proposal part, which describes proposals created to improve the marketing communication based on outputs of the analytical part.
