1 The purpose of this thesis is to discuss the main aspects of the Czech legal regulation of the arbitration proceeding under the view of the particular Western European national and international legal orders. By doing so, the author strives for critical review of the arbitration proceeding as per the Czech legal order under the worldwide perspectives and with the prism of modern Western European and world legal theory of the arbitration proceeding. The intention of such research is to determine if the contemporary Czech legal regulation of the arbitration proceeding is in conformity with the modern theory and practice of the arbitration proceeding. This thesis also aims to answer a question whether the Czech courts shall have the right to review the application of law by the arbitrators. The author is seeking to answer this question by comparing the the Czech, or rather Continental system of law with the law of England and Wales.

Title: Analysis of errors futsal referees in relation to their position and physical activity on the pitch Problem: Description of the performance of the referee should be one of the key aspects of the futsal referees system preparation. The current situation, according to knowledge of descriptors of futsal referees performance is not sufficient and adequate to those players' or referees from other sports games. These descriptors will help in the planning and implementation of a systemic approach to futsal referee training in the Czech Republic with the possibility of transfer to the international level. The issue is whether futsal referee error in the assessment of game situations changes in connection with its status and physical strain in the game. Preparation of floorball referees for the floorball match

Název: Příprava florbalových rozhodčích na utkání Cíle: Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření odborného návodu a doporučení pro rozhodčí, který se zabývá přípravou florbalových rozhodčích na utkání. Dalším cílem je kontrola úrovně přípravy rozhodčích v praxi na základě vyhodnocení dotazníku. Metody: Tato práce se skládá z rešerše odborných knih, literatury určené pro rozhodčí florbalu a článků ověřených internetových zdrojů. Velká část informací je čerpána z vlastních zkušeností, a především z dotazníkového šetření, kterého se účastnili rozhodčí působící na nejvyšší úrovni. Soubor rozhodčích pro vyplnění dotazníku byl značně omezen, jelikož požadavkem bylo jejich umístění na celostátní nebo mezinárodní listině. Dotazník vyplnilo celkem 45 rozhodčích. Výsledky: V dotazníkovém šetření bylo zjištěno, že většina rozhodčích se připravuje na každý zápas. Převážná část - 69% volí spojení fyzické i psychologické přípravy. 22% se zaměřuje jen na psychologickou přípravu. Jen u minima - 4% převažuje pouze příprava fyzická. Bylo zjištěno, že 90% dotazovaných rozhodčích v rámci přípravy na zápas sleduje i statistiky družstev. Z dotazníkového šetření také vyplývá, že 80% rozhodčích tuto činnost dělá převážně z důvodu sebenaplnění, lásky ke sportu a vidiny růstu kariéry. Finanční odměna je pro ně méně...

Title: Analysis of the load of referees in selected sports games. Objectives: Comparison of the load of referees in sports games on the example of ice hockey, football and basketball according to the average heart rate and comparison of the system of training referees with foreign countries. Methods: The bachelor's thesis uses a quantitative method of questioning. The method of analysis is used to evaluate the anonymous questionnaire. Results: A comparison of the referees' load showed that the most demanding position of the main referee is held by a football referee and a line hockey referee. Title: Analysis of the load of ice hockey referees in the extraliga and the II. liga Objectives: The main goal of my diploma thesis is to analyze the load of referees in Tipsport Extraliga ledního hokeje and II. liga ledního hokeje. Methods: For my research I chose the method of monitoring the heart rate of referees using POLAR cardiotachometers, as another method I used monitoring the intensity of the refferee' load and last was the invasive method of measuring lactate using SCOUT Sirius lactate meter and then Lactate Scout Start Set SensLab. The investigation was carried out on a total of 12 judges II. liga (4 main referees and 8 line referees) and on 19 Tipsport Extraliga ledního hokeje referees (10 main referees and 9 line referees). In total, 31 referees aged 30.1 ± 6.2 years. Heart rate was measured in all referees. The intensity of the load was measured for 19 referees, specifically 8 referees from II. liga ledního hokeje (4 main referees and 4 line referees) and 11 referees from the Tipsport Extraliga ledního hokeje (7 main and 4 line). Lactate was taken from 21 referees, of which 12 TELH referees (6 main referees and 6 line referees) and 9 referees of the II. Ice Hockey League (3 main referees and 6 line referees). Arbitration proceeding in Czech and Slovak Republic The topic of this thesis is arbitration proceeding in Czech and Slovak Republic. If the part of introduction and conclusion is not included, the thesis is divided into eight main chapters which are further systematically divided into other subchapters. In the first chapter dedicated to the concept and characteristics of arbitration the author focuses on sources and - with regard to the title of this work - the greatest attention is paid to the Contract concluded between Czech and Slovak Republic on legal cooperation. Furthermore the deal of this part is a relation between arbitration and civil proceeding and alternative dispute resolution. This chapter describes - among other issues - the types of arbitration, namely deals with the severance onto ad hoc and institutional arbitration, including comparison with Slovak law. In the following chapter the author deals with the advantages and disadvantages of arbitration but with the difference that he deals with these examples more broadly considering that individual attributes may not always be perceived in black and white, ie. it may not always be an advantage but should be viewed more comprehensively. Title: Leading and satisfaction of referees in Czech Handball Federation Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to illustrate the current structure of referees' management in the Czech Handball Federation and to determine the satisfaction of the referees and the governing bodies with the existing system. Methods: In order to meet the stated goals, quantitative research methods are used, namely electronic questioning of referees. Furthermore, qualitative research, including an in-depth interview of a member of the Referee Commission of the Czech Handball Federation. Results: The results showed small gaps in both satisfaction and refereeing system, which were supplemented by recommendations for improvement of the current situation at the last part of the thesis. The development of Dagmar Damkova's media image in 2003-2017

The main topic of this diploma thesis is the development of Mrs. Dagmar Damková media image between 2003-2017. Mrs. Damková is a former football referee and became the first woman who managed a football match in the Czech 1st Men's League in 2003. She has been professionally successful and popular with the public and the media in a purely male environment. She has become one of the world's best female referee and has been managing the prestigious games of the biggest foreign events. She ended her career as a referee in 2011 and began her new career path as a functionary. Besides this, she became a chairwomen of the Committee of the Referees of the Football Association of the Czech Republic. She was directly responsible for the actions of the referees, and was therefore often criticized by the media. Her relationship with the influential but controversial functionary Roman Berbr was also known to the public at that time, which has increased the interest of her person from the media. Mrs. Damková had withdrawn from the public after leaving the Refereeing Commission and the media did not refer to her so often.
