Hospitalization activities from the point of view of kindergarten management

The bachelor thesis focuses on hospitalization in kindergartens from the management perspective as one of the essential tools for the development of pedagogical staff and improving the quality of kindergartens. It is divided into two main parts-theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part deals with control, dividing it into internal and external, and control as a managerial function. It also focuses on typical control in the school setting, hospitalization. It describes the principles of a properly conducted hospitalization, which should be known by every hospitalizer and the hospitalized, and the different concepts of the subject. The theoretical part also describes the forms of hospitalization that can be carried out in a kindergarten and the methods of further education related to hospitalization. The empirical part presents a research investigation that aimed to find out the form of hospitalization in kindergartens, the use of the results of the hospitalization and the development of teachers through hospitalization activities. The Evaluation of pedagogical staff

The topic of the diploma thesis is the evaluation of teaching staff. The aim of the thesis is to describe the evaluation tools used for evaluation of teaching staff in private primary and secondary schools in the Czech Republic and to propose an optimisation of the evaluation system based on the results. The thesis provides a comprehensive overview of the issue of teacher evaluation and presents a summary of methods of teacher evaluation that can be used to improve the quality of education. In the theoretical part, concepts such as forms, criteria, functions, process and methods of evaluation are introduced. The specific aspects of teacher evaluation and the importance of communication of evaluation results to staff, mistakes of evaluators and evaluated, as well as evaluation principles, new trends in this field and possible uses of evaluation results are described. The practical part of the thesis is based on a questionnaire survey among principals of private primary and secondary schools. The results show that lesson observations and self-evaluation are the most commonly used tools for teacher evaluation. Employee benefits of pedagogical staff of selected schools

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the provision of employee benefits to teaching staff and the use of this area as a human resource management tool for school management. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a empirical part. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes knowledge about the issue from the professional literature, defines basic terms and serves as a basis for the following practical part. The empirical part describes the method of setting the goals of the thesis, i.e. describing the use of providing benefits as a human resource management tool from the point of view of the management of selected schools, the methodology of the research and presents the results of the research, including their interpretation and discussion. Qualitative research was carried out at three selected secondary schools in Prague, using semi-structured interviews with school principals and a subsequent questionnaire among the pedagogical staff of the given schools. The result of the research is an answer to the research questions, i.e. how the management of selected schools uses employee benefits as a human resources management tool, what benefits are offered to the teachers at selected schools and which benefits are the most popular among teachers at selected schools. This bachelor's thesis focuses on supervision in kindergartens, where the aim of this thesis is to find out what benefit supervision has for kindergarten teachers. First, it contains the environment of the kindergarten, the characteristics of the target group and the definition of the status pedagogical staff in kindergarten. After that, the thesis focuses on supervision, her forms and her benefits for pedagogical staff. Furthermore, the thesis is supplemented by a research probe, which is realized through an interview in a specific kindergarten.

The bachelor thesis will deal with stress in the profession of pedagogical staff at secondary vocational school. The aim of the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is to define the pedagogical worker and the content of his work with an emphasis on stress, stress and stress situations, symptoms of stress state and stressors for this profession. There are also ways to prevent stress situations and how to deal with them healthily. The impact of the stress on the health and psychological state of the educators, which can grow in the burnout syndrome and the subsequent recovery of burnout, will be described. The aim of the practical part of the bachelor thesis is to describe what stressors are present in pedagogical profession, emphasis will be placed on the situations in which these stressors most feel. Another goal will be to find ways to prevent stress and to map out factors that suppress or alleviate stress. The questionnaire will be used. Data from the questionnaire will be analyzed using descriptive statistics. Respondents are teachers from secondary vocational schools.

The subject of my bachelor's thesis is motivation in teaching children and educators from socially excluded localities. The aim of this work is to identify the main motivating factors acting in the primary education system, with an emphasis on pedagogical work with children from socially excluded localities. The work is composed of two parts, a theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part, using professional sources, I have defined the motivation and the concepts associated with it, which also include sources of motivation, demotivation, theory of motivation, and the motivation of the pupil in the pedagogical process is further specified here. In the following theoretical part, I define education in the Czech Republic. And the last part is focused on social exclusion. In the empirical part, qualitative research into motivation in teaching children and educators is processed. Finally, based on research, I have developed appropriate recommendations on how to increase or maintain the motivation of existing pupils and educators
