The thesis describes ways ejection pinions automotive starter and evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of each solution. The first chapter deals with the principle of operation of DC motors and starters parameters. In the second part, the individual systems are theoretically discussed in terms of design and their advantages and disadvantages. The third part is focused on the most common system, which is analyzed in terms of mechanical and electrical reliability. The last point of the work is to design an experimental analysis Reach starter pinion.
Transformation of Crafts Company and Its Next Development

This thesis addresses the issue of transfer of trade to a limited liability company and its further development. The work deals with tax, accounting and administrative formalities, that are connected with this transformation. The change is applied to the company, which operates on the basis of a trade license. A theoretical part of the analysis shows the internal and external environment, the most important concepts of tax accounting and the transition to management accounting. Practical section first introduces and analyzes the business, makes an inventory of assets and liabilities, quantifies tax implications of the transfer. At the end, recommendations for further development of the company are designed.
Porting NetCOPE Platform to EDK

This bachelor's thesis deals with porting of NetCOPE to Xilinx Embedded Development Kit (EDK). Main task is to create annotation of NetCOPE hardware for using in EDK. Before implementation of annotation itself, it is necessary both to study FPGA technology, possibilities of FPGA progamming, NetCOPE platform and PSF for anotation of NetCOPE’s IP-core.

In the first section of the thesis elaborated theoretical work, in the second part contains a translation of financial statements of an entity selected and defined by the conclusions of both systems for reporting financial information.

PowerPoint is an excellent tool for creating presentations and people are accustomed to using it. Its only handicap is that it is not installed everywhere and it exists in numerous versions. But there is an application that is installed almost everywhere and that application is the web browser. This work aims to create the PowerPoint presentation viewer for the web browser. With the internet as the environment, it may have a wide range of applications from the content sharing point of view. The solution is a web application that allows to upload the PowerPoint file and then the application displays the content of the file. The application also offers functionality such as navigation between slides and full-screen mode. The rendered slides in the web browser are very similar to the slides in PowerPoint. It does not support advanced features, but it supports displaying text, pictures, video and audio. Further, it supports basic styling options such as colours, margins, position and line height.
Black and white documents conversion

The Bachelor's paper is concerned with processing black-and-white, grey-toned documents, which means the conversion of grey-toned picture of the document into binary one. In the paper, the procedures of separating the variable-brightness text from the background are described. Diverse methods of detaching the foreground from the background, the so-called picture segmentation, are used. Moreover, the outcomes of different methods are compared.

Project of Methodology of Comany´s Financial Statements Transformation in Accordance with the IFRS

This thesis deals with the issue of the conversion of the financial statements according to the Czech accounting legislation to the IFRS. The analytical part of the thesis shows the differences in reporting according to Czech accounting legislation and IFRS in the selected company. The final part of the thesis deals with the determination of the impact of the application of different systems of reporting financial information on the image of the financial position and business performance.
Demonstration Program of Convertion of Finite Automata

The main goal of practical part of this work is to create a program, which applies finite automata theory in practice and makes this theory easier to understand. Program is capable to easily create finite automata and make didactic demostration of basic theoretical knowledges such as coversion to special types of finite automata, function illustration or representation of finite automata in form of C language source code. In this technical report I will try to describe, how are individual key parts of the application implemented.
