Collaborative Robots in Industry
Sláma, Martin ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on the field of collaborative robotics. First, collaborative robots and their specifications are described. Next are presented the most famous collaborative robots on the market and their parameters. In another chapter, examples of successful applications are given. Finally, the safety and programming of collaborative robots is described.
Industrial robot application in area forming technology
Coufal, Jiří ; Matějka, Petr (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to familiarize a reader with the application of the industrial robots in the forming technology area. It presents the chosen forming metal proceedings and the typical forming machines, especially the sorts of the industrial robots and the manipulators (allocation, classification, robot producers). The bachelor thesis describes the current industrial robots and the manipulators used in the industrial applications and the forming metal technology. The characteristic pictures with legends display all the related problems.
Manipulation operations with industrial robots
Jašíček, Radek ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with industrial robot grippers. It discusses various types of grippers detailing the electric and pneumatic and comparing them with each other based on technical and economic criteria. Part of this work is an analysis of a material handling operation with industrial robot along with the creation of a control program for this operation.
Complex design of industrial manipulator analysis
Peml, Luboš ; Houfek, Martin (referee) ; Březina, Lukáš (advisor)
The work deals with analysis of industial manipulator complex design procedure and demostrates major issues of that procedure on plannar manipulator example using Simulink and MSC Adams.
Industry 4.0 and Industrial Robots in Machinary
Kotrba, Martin ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The aim of this work is to describe the principles of the Industry 4.0 initiative defaced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Creating a search of the current state of industrial robots and manipulators according to their design and application. Design an ideological robotic workplace at BUT premises in kontext with Industry 4.0
End Effectors in Robotics
Hradil, Jan ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis provides a summary of end effectors used in industrial robotics. The classification is made from various points of view, but the most important one is according to the industrial application. Regarding previous condition, an analysis of gripper modules is performed. Those units are representatives of the widest application – manipulation. Further on there is shown a possibility of connection between a gripper and a robot in laboratories of Institute of Production Machines, Systems and Robotics and calculation of gripping forces. This thesis contains a summary of the most used industrial robots and manipulators as well.
Design of virtual model robotic workplace
Chromčík, Adam ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of a virtual model of a robotic workplace. Robot and robotic workplaces are researched. Further, the design and safety phases of these workplaces are discussed. A conceptual model of the robotic workplace with robot IRB 4400/60 is designed, which is placed in the machine laboratory C1 of the Institute of Production Machines, Systems and Robotics at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Brno University of Technology. The virtual model is created in Process Simulate 13.0. It is designed to manipulate the dice, weld and operate the vertical machine tool.
Control of industrial robot drives by KEBA systems
Opluštil, Aleš ; Pochylý, Aleš (referee) ; Kubela, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with the evaluation of the use of original drive on the older industrial robot KUKA KR 15/2 with a new control system from KEBA. An original control system is removed from robot controller KR C1 and replaced by KeMotion system, which is in this thesis completely described. It is necessary to choose an appropriate way of connection between electric drives of industrial robot and KeMotion control system and finally realize it by practical way. Based on communication with the control system, these engines had been assessed as appropriate. There is also a section created to the description of the control software and its implementation on KUKA robot and to creating of visualization of model.
Robotization of machine tools
Tabarka, Roman ; Kočiš, Petr (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the robotization of machine tools. This work describes the evaluation of the current state in terms of robotization of CNC machine tools. In addition to the assignment, a case study from practice was prepared.
Control of industrial robot drives by KEBA systems
Heinrich, Martin ; Pochylý, Aleš (referee) ; Kubela, Tomáš (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the implementation of the KeMotion control system of KEBA company for industrial robot KUKA KR 15/2. It gets to work original robot's drives KUKA with this new system. There was a communication network built up to operate the system itself. It was created between driving system component. Next step was a creation of the connection between control case and a new control system especially robot link up feedback. Later on there was a control programme for PLC created and adjusted including configuration of drives and converter. There was a need to find out the resolver parametr to this settings That one is used to the indirect measurement.
