This bachelor thesis´ result describes problematics of differences that exist in conflict perception between various nationalities during the work process. There is a theoretical summary that precedes result itself. The result was achieved by conflict analysis and by primary research for which was chosen a technic of questioner investigation. Afterwards the results that was discovered, were summarized in the end of the thesis.
Undesirable relations in the cosmetic store workplace towards gay emploee: case study of potential discrimination

1 Abstract In my bachelors thesis, I deal with the relationship between women and gay men in the workplace, specifically in a beauty store. My research has stemmed from gender theories that is concerned with the ways in which gender and gender roles affect individuals' interpersonal relationships. These theories show that feminine women have positive attitudes towards feminine gay men, a minority group at risk of discrimination and prejudice. Thus, my goal was to determine the relationships and attitudes of feminine women towards feminine gay men in the workplace and elucidate whether the results of this study will confirm gender theories or show the ongoing vulnerability of homosexuals. My second goal was to compare the negative behavior towards this minority group with the legal norms of the Czech republic and see the extent of protection from such behavior. The research method involved a case study compiled by semi-structured interviews with six respondents, composed of five females and one gay male, who work in the beauty store. The interviews were then analyzed by coding. The results show that there is discriminatory behavior, prejudice, homophobia and other forms of bullying in the workplace towards gay men in the workplace. Teacher as a victim of aggression

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of aggression aimed at a teacher. The theoretical part offers clarification of terms such as aggression, aggressive behaviour, violence and bullying. Furthermore, in separated chapters it discusses in detail the individual possible aggressors, to which belong pupils, parents, colleagues or principals. It focuses on their specifics related to teacher's attacks. The basis of the practical part is designed research realized by quantitative method. The research examined the experience of teachers from chosen elementary schools in Ústí nad Labem region with aggression towards them. Specifically, it dealt with broadening of aggression against teachers, mentioned forms and aggressors. The teachers also had the opportunity to describe their experience which they find as the most serious one. The results are alarming and they call for greater attention whether in the professional or general public. The aim of this thesis is not just being informative, moreover, it should serve as a motivation for further research. Harassment in the workplace

Harassment in the workplace Abstract This diploma thesis concerns harassment in labor relations. I deal with problems of mobbing, bossing and sexual harassment in the workplace. The aim is to analyze the overall legal regulation of these problems, including the case law of the Czech courts. Two chapters are also devoted to the defense against these undesirable behaviors. The work takes into account the legal regulation of constitutional, civil, labor, criminal and administrative law. In the area of sexual harassment, not only the Czech legislation but also the regulation of this problem in the Slovak Republic were taken into account. This work is divided into seven chapters. In these chapters, the basic terms are explained and the terms mobbing, bossing are explained. Also there is defense against these undesirable behaviors. The third is to clarify the concept of sexual harassment and subsequent defense. The most important is the analysis of these problems under Czech legislation and in the concept of sexual harassment also a comparison of Czech and Slovak legislation. Working morality and ethical issues at workplaces

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out which ethical problems are most often encountered by employees of large manufacturing companies and how these ethical problems affect their work and personal life. The theoretical part will deal with defining ethical problems and explaining basic terminology. The practical part will be realized in the form of quantitative research, which will be based on an anonymous questionnaire survey. Respondents will be employees of large manufacturing companies in the South Bohemian Region. The conclusion of the thesis will be devoted to the concrete story of the victim of unethical behavior and also suggestions to solve this problems.
Supervision as an effective tool against bullying

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic "Supervision as an effective tool for bullying". The thesis is consisted of theoretical and research part. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter in the theoretical part deals with bullying, mobbing and the most used kind of mobbing, which is bossing. Their characteristics, phases, techniques, causes and consequences are mentioned. The second chapter presents preventive measures for mobbing and bossing. The third chapter deals with supervision, its brief history, definitions, functions, types, objectives, its contribution to individuals, facilities and further application. In the empirical part, the main research questions are: "Do the employees know what the supervision is used for?", "Was any employee threatened by bullying in the workplace?" "Is the supervision from the employee's point of view considered as an effective tool for bullying in the workplace?" The aim of the thesis is to find out if the employees themselves have experience in helping professions with bullying in the workplace, then to find out the preventive measures in the presence of bullying in the workplace and the implementation of supervision at the workplaces. A semi-structured interview was chosen by the technical research. For the interview, we pre-prepared questions, which were allowed to answer freely. Qualitative research was carried out by using open encoding, attended by 6 communication partners. The research results can be used in practice or may be presented in professional literature at trade conferences. However, it may also be a benefit to individual research facilities or the public.
Bullying in labour law relations

Problematics of bullying in labour law relations is very actual topic. The main aim of this thesis is to demonstrate that presence of bullying in Czech labour law relations is not on retreat but quite opposite despite all efforts to eradicate it. First of all, in first two chapters there are defined basic concepts closely linked to problematics of bullying and then there are examinations of bullying related legislation on international, European and national levels. Result of third chapter is comprehensive summary of available means which victims of discrimination or bullying in work space can use to defend themselves. Practical part based on survey from years 2011, 2013 and 2015 deals with individual occurrences of bullying incidents in Czech labour law relations, average frequency and duration of those incidents and also ways victims of bullying in work space proceed in solving it.
Violence in a medical team and its possible solutions

The aim of the thesis "Violence in a medical team and its possible solutions" is to make an outline of the essential relevant findings about the issues of mobbing and bossing and to explore the available specialized publications on this subject. The first, theoretical, part is concerned with the history of mobbing, its definition, aims and stages, bossing and its brief overview. This part also includes excerpts from already performed studies on the same or similar subject. The second, empirical, part focuses on a quantitative research and comprises the analysis of selected groups of general nurses working on the in-patient units at the University Hospital in Motol, either at children or adults departments. The purpose of the research was to find out the extent of occurrence of mobbing and bossing with the help of a questionnaire survey. The acquired data, was interpreted by means of tables and graphs and the results have been compared.
The Problem of inadequate social adaptation of the individual in the working group

This bachelor's thesis deals with social adaptation that takes place in the process during which there is integration of new employees joining the organization. Attention is paid to the concept of adaptation in the context of coping with socialization and stress. It is defined adaptation of workers and its area - working adaptation and social adaptation. Particular attention is paid to the social adaptation to the working group, the process is elaborated in individual stages. Possible causes that led to the lack of social adaptation are initially processed from a theoretical point of view and consequently the process of social adaptation to the working group analyzed the empirical investigation.
