Design of Pick-up magazine for heavy milling heads
Malík, Tomáš ; Kukleta, Pavel (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to propose solutions to difficult conveyor NC milling head, the machine produced in CKD Blansko type SKD 63/70D. Movement lies in moving from the parking position to the plunger, where the head harness. Solutions include calculations to those proposals, select the most appropriate solutions and selected drawings.
Rubber conveyor belt winder
Richtr, Pavel ; Mlčoch, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The point of the diploma thesis is to design the machine for winding of rubber conveyor belts with width 1830 mm to rolls of maximum diameter 4500 mm.
Automatic production line for wooder plate
Sýkora, Jan ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Blecha, Radim (advisor)
Subject of this diploma thesis is elaborate a constructional design of the Automatic production line for wooden plate. The thesis is including study of two various solutions, basic computation unit, construction analysis of the device line. In the end of the thesis is included an economic evaluation, model of the line and documentation drawings.
Temperature Profile in Reflow Soldering and Influence of Different PCBś and ComponentsThermal Capacities
Procházka, Martin ; Špinka, Jiří (referee) ; Starý, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis mainly deals with the prediction of temperature on the components and the PCB during reflow soldering. The theoretical part describes the particular solder reflow process, types of heat transfer and temperature profiles. The practical part is divided into forecasting temperatures if the conveyor is stopped and the temperature predictions when the conveyor is in motion. In both parts of the measured temperature is compared with the predicted temperatures, which show the success rate of prediction. The last part of this work is part of the simulation, which helps in proper understanding of the issues discussed.
All-pass filters based on modern functional blocks
Horák, Ondřej ; Petržela, Jiří (referee) ; Dostál, Tomáš (advisor)
The present thesis is focused on all pass filters. The principle of all pass filters, their properties, the design of nth degree of these circuits will be analysed in succession and then some of functional blocks, by which these structures can be made, will be described. After that, the allpass filters will be designed and simulated in program OrCAD PSpice. First of all, the analysis will be performed with ideal components, then with real components. After that, the sensitivity and tolerance analysis will be made and the influence of parasite effects on circuit parameters will be examined. Once the experiments are finished, the design of Printed Circuit Board's (PCB) will be realized. Circuit showing the best parameters will be chosen for the design.
Oscillators RC for higher frequency range
Polách, Petr ; Petržela, Jiří (referee) ; Dostál, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with RC oscillators applicable in higher frequency ranges with the use of modern active elements. For individual function blocks (conveyor, current feedback amplifier, operational transconductance amplifier, voltage feedback amplifier) suitable models are suggested for the circuit simulator PSpice covering their characteristics on various levels, from an ideal one up to the full description of parasitic effects. On the basis of the study of recommended literature and company documentation various oscillator connections of the ranks 2 and 3 are suggested. By analysis through computer (PSpice, SNAP) the fulfilment of oscillation conditions, onset of oscillations were verified and by means of suitable simulations the effects of the impact on the parasitic characteristics of active elements was examined. Finally there are two oscillator connections stated and verified by simulations with the possibility of electronic retuning.
Presentation pavilion of WANEMI, a.s. paper-mill in Zábřeh
Wicherek, Štěpán ; Svoboda, Jiří (referee) ; Zemánková, Helena (advisor)
The multi-purpose exhibition hall and office building with the facilities is located in front of the manufacturing estate, situated in a green belt near the main access road. The height of the main office building helps to create a point of reference for the entire plant. A unique textile – lateral facade - STAMISOL FT 381 – is divided into basic, regular, quadratic segments. The textile facade is made to evoke a paper sheet. The exhibition pavilion is acros from the Office tower. The idea was to pick up on old industrial building design. Bringing the architecture into harmony with nature was also a key point of the design. Using a rough CORTEN steel construction parts in tree – shaped design was a purpose. The connecting tunnels are here to remind on old industrial conveyors. The office building rises out of ground wave in which all facilities, storage areas, waste managment units, and stuff parking lots are located. Ground wave also screens out the storage and facilities A lagoon serves as a integrating element for all building stuctures.
Bucket elevator
Havlena, Tomáš ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Jonák, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor‘s thesis is the design of the bucket elevator for transporting grain according to the assignment. The first chapter is a brief literature review which deals with the construction of the elevator. The second chapter is drawn capacitance calculation and design of the drive. In the last part, there is a control of the individual components. The work includes drawing documentacion.
Innovation of the bucket elevator
Hála, Ondřej ; Frýza, Josef (referee) ; Brandejs, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the innovation of the bucket elevator. The thesis is focused on design modification of the elevator in the areas where the transported material is settled. Settled material causes decay and subsequent contamination of the fresh material. Main purpose of this paper is to propose design solution to improve cleaning of the feed boot of the bucket elevator. The next innovation deals with the modification of the marking system and efficient series of the elevators.
Design of lift positional table
Hájek, Ondřej ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis describes the design of a lift positional table for overcome the height difference between the two roller tracks. Weight of the load is 550 kg and height difference of roller tracks is 2000 mm. The aim is to suggest the type of power lifting, power lifting functional calculation, functional calculation of the driver tray pallets and determining the main dimensions of the lifting table. The Appendix contains technical drawings of the lifting table and the table frame.
