Responsibility and Responsiveness in the State Governance. Case of Ukraine

The thesis examines the role of responsibility and responsiveness in the state governance. Governance as a theory is paying attention to studying a political process according to current situation. The political process deals with institutionalization of the governance system, through which citizens, institutions, organizations and groups in a society articulate their interests, exercise their rights and mediate their differences in pursuit of the collective goods. The role of responsiveness and responsibility of politicians before a society in such case become more and more higher, because by having a political power, they need to govern a state in properly, correct way. Institutional analysis, which is using in this work, is aimed to analyze a specific reform - decentralization of power in Ukraine, through which is easier to find how responsiveness and responsibility are relate with the governance. Moreover, the analysis helps determine where were made mistakes by politicians, which led to a slowdown of implementation of reform. Thesis work WORLD OF ASYMMETRICAL RESPONSIBILITY develops the original racional concept concentrated on human existence, which was broken by the FACE OF THE OTHER MAN by Levinas. Using analogy we take human FACE AS THE CENTER OF MAN, his body center. The FACE moves forward and has a never ending range. Its potency and vital power calls for further research. Rule of law of asymmetrical responsibility standing for THE OTHER MAN and everyone with a character of unique choice are covered in this thesis work. The contribution into philosophy of education will be seen in restoration of original conception of theoria. Novum to asymmetrical responsibility and its origin are touching the conscious practice deriving from universal FACE. Namelees universal FACES with their own seals form the WORLD OF ASYMMETRICAL RESPONSIBILITY. Life in it in a way of eternity receives and gives immediately the CENTER of neverending row of human looks of FACES with irreplaceable destination in saving human life. This bachelor thesis deals with the conceptions of Guilt, Purification and Forgiveness. Based on the study of the writings of Karl Jaspers, Božena Komárková, Martin Buber and Helmut Weber, the thesis comes to an understanding of the issues of guilt, forgiveness and purification in both philosophical and theological terms. Furthermore, this work introduces other issues that relate to the chosen topic, for example, the concepts of Repentance, Penance and Conversion. Thanks to the acquired findings, I want to come to an understanding of the concept of guilt in Bernhard Schlink's novel The Reader. Matěj Zahradník 2016 School Psychology at Elementary Schools in the Czech Republic from the Perspective of Public Policy Master's Thesis Abstract This diploma thesis focuses on school psychology as a part of the educational system in the Czech Republic, specifically part of primary schools. The beginning of the thesis presents an overview of relevant policy documents, which focus on school psychology, as well as an overview of development programs designed to support it. These overviews give the reader objective information on the current state of school psychology in the Czech Republic. Using the aforementioned documents, an online questionnaire, and most importantly twelve expert interviews (with school psychologists, representatives from the Ministry of Education, National Institute for Education, Charles University), this thesis analyzes benefits of school psychology, such as personal presence and knowledge of the school, preventive character of such services, mediation and others, its possible drawbacks and obstacles, like issues with consolidating the profession in the system, its financing, or the lack of supervision and intervision. The purpose of this thesis is to analyse the administration of the corporation in difficulties. The reason for my research to show how different organs of the corporation are involved in the problem of pre-insolvency situation. This thesis is composed of four chapters each of them dealing with different aspects of the corpotaion threaten of the insolvency. Chapter One is introductory and analyses the legal qualification of the "pre-insolvency" situation. The chapter is subdivided into four parts. In the part one it is explained that the French law exists a special part of commercial law focused on the "entreprises in difficulties". Part two and three explains how the economical difficulties can be measured in relation to the registered capital or the equity and what are the consequences for the administration of the corporation. The part four of the Chapter one deals with "pre-insolvency" situation of the corporation according to "balance-sheet test" and the "insolvency test". The Chapter two examines the problem of acces to the information in relation to the "pre-insolvency" situation inside the corporation. Civil liability and protection of a doctor

This thesis deals with the issues of prevention and creation of civil liability specifically in relation to performance of the medical profession. The author draws attention to the most common pitfalls and risks of the medical practise and in that context seeks possibilities to avoid creation of civil liability. A separate chapter deal with providing healthcare services under specific circumstances. The remaining part of this thesis deals with the issues of compensation of damages, respectively non-proprietary damages to health and the defence of the doctor against unjustified claims of the patient.

The presented thesis deals with the basic premises of the common good and sustainable develompent the society. The thesis deals with the themes of freedom, fairness, trust, responsibility, morality, ethics and ekonomics tested on the specific phenomenon of the Global financial crisis in 2008. The attention is focused especially on the way of thinking and behavior of humans, which played a significant role, both on the part of institutions, politicians, economists, financiers and ordinary citizens. It reveals the key factors leading to the formation of crisis. In this context it suggests possible solutions to prevent similar crises in the future.

ABSTRACT: The main theme of this dissertation is the concept of freedom in the philosophy of Jean Paul Sarte and Søren Kierkegaard. The aim of this paper is to interpret freedom from the point of view of two representative existential thinkers in order to compare them. The dissertation strives to show that freedom does not have to be seen only as an ethical value but it can also be approached as a fundamental part of ourselves. Freedom is connected with the notion of existence, choice, anxiety, absurdity, paradox and responsibility. The first chapter is dedicated to the theme of existentialism in general. In the second chapter are examined Sartre's atheistic and ontological themes. In the third chapter is Sartre's freedom depicted in relation to the project and choice. The forth chapter concentrates on absolute concept of freedom in J. P. Sartre's philosophy. In the fifth chapter is Sartre's freedom put into relation with absolute responsibility. Reflection opinions of management on the development of school education system in the Czech Republic

Thesis on Reflection opinions of management schools in the development of the education system in the Czech Republic traces the development of Czech education from the perspective of headmasters of primary and nursery schools in Prague 8, who manages the school with legal personality. It deals with the major determinants moments - social transformation, economic reform, curriculum reform, legislative changes that affected the environment of Czech education over more than twenty years. Detailed mapping the environment through competence and responsibility, opinions, attitudes and actions insight into six areas - personal characteristics of school principals, education reform, curriculum reform, school culture and school cooperation with parents and pupils, the area professionally - personal development directors from the perspective of moral dilemmas that accompanied the work of directors for more than twenty years.
