Control of the Collaborative Robot Universal Robots UR10e through PLC from Siemens Company
Štěrbová, Nina ; Lacko, Branislav (referee) ; Kůdela, Jakub (advisor)
This work deals with system integration and collaborative robotics in the context of Industry 4.0, focusing on the optimization of collaborative robots. The work includes an analysis of the current state of the EDUset ONE robotic cell and the selection of a~communication protocol for the system integration of the UR10e collaborative robot through a programmable logic controller (PLC) from Siemens. The main goal is to design and implement a modular library for control and data collection, and further to design a program for static optimization of the robot’s trajectory with regard to minimizing the path and energy. The functionality of the proposed solution is verified on a real robotic cell.
Design of a small low-cost robot AI.SCARA
Janoušek, Tomáš ; Parák, Roman (referee) ; Matoušek, Radomil (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and build a low-cost robot based on the industrial concept SCARA, which meets the requirements in terms of rigidity and repeatability for application in a wide range of manipulation tasks primarily implemented in a university environment. The thesis includes not only the unique mechanical design, but also design and implementation of the electrical circuitry, control system, and design of a user-friendly human-machine interface for basic control, diagnosis and calibration of the robotic structure. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on a research of existing robotic structures, SCARA systems available on the market and end-effectors for manipulation operations.
Business Project
Vojíř, Leoš ; MBA, Pavel Dosedla, (referee) ; Groligová, Ivana (advisor)
This master thesis deals with a proposal of a business plan of SITEC, s.r.o. - the company owned by international corporation GlobSol Corporation. The aim of this study is to analyze and consider the business plan. It is focused on preconditions definition of possible enhancement of the company’s business activities and finally to recommend or refuse the realization. The company is oriented on software development of telecommunication projects and wants to enhance its activities to the area of system integration. This study evaluates preconditions of this business project and considers the risks.
System Integration at Web Development
Ingr, Martin ; Čechovský, Vít (referee) ; Jakubcová, Marie (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with system integration at web development. It specifically focuses on the sequence of steps required for programming an environment for targeted data presentation, administration system self-development to manage the data as well as a choice and usage of appropriate content management system for articles publishing and ultimately required to integrate these systems into a single functional whole. The introductory part contains theoretical knowledge which together with elaborated analysis has become a fundamental background for system integration including preceding processes.
Solution for Project-Management in Enterprise Information System
Studený, Radim ; Král, Luboš (referee) ; Dydowicz, Petr (advisor)
This work focuses on information systems used to support project management in the enterprise. Includes analysis of the current system. Based on this analysis is createddesign project management application that works with corporate data and is compatible with the system in the enterprise. Includes design project management and documentation of meeting the needs of its process management.
Robotic table football - system integration
Švanda, Ondřej ; Lacko, Branislav (referee) ; Lang, Stanislav (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to improve the current solution of a robotic table football, which arose as a part of students’ theses at the B&R Automation company. The paper focuses on a system integration of particular solutions of the whole robotic football project, using a modular design approach, and the creation of a user interface, including a visualisation of the ball’s and players’ position on the screen. The paper also includes a creation of a dynamic computer simulation to test the game strategy.
Design an Information System
Koch, Libor ; Novák, Lukáš (referee) ; Klusák, Aleš (advisor)
Main object of this thesis is design information system for warehouse management for Fi & Ho Trading Company, which will be accessible through web. Warehouse will be based on portal technology and connected with E-shop. In this thesis will be described elements of information system, resources used for realization, processes coverage by information system and complex evaluation of this information system.
Analýza a návrh optimalizace firemního informačního systému
Ševčík, Vít
The thesis deals with the analysis and concept of the functionality optimization of a company information system. All parts of the information system are analysed and system modifications, already implemented in some cases, are proposed afterwards. The thesis also aims to evaluate the proposed solution with regard to further possible extensions and portability.

Optimization of logistic processes in specific organizations
Miksová, Michaela ; Říhová, Zora (advisor) ; Malinová, Ludmila (referee)
The thesis is concerned with logistic processes optimization in automotive industry companies that assemble car components. In the theoretical part of the thesis, areas and a structure of industrial logistics are defined and frequently used terms are explained. Then, theoretical approaches and practical applications used in the practical part are described. In the practical part, two particular companies are presented. The aim of the thesis is to optimize a tool that is used in the first organization during the process of logistic preparation of manufacturing. Secondly, the aim of the thesis is to analyse the process of material picking and handling before the supply of assembly line that is performed in the second organization and to suggest a solution that would eliminate non-value added activities. In the end, benefits of the thesis for both the organizations and the author are summarized.
