Trust between the workers of People and Roma clients.

Within the European Union, the Czech Roma minority faces one of the highest levels of discrimination. However, the approach of social workers who help Romani people solve problems caused by this discrimination has its specificities. Building trust in the relationship between the social worker and the Romanui client is one of the essential requirements for successful social work. My bachelor's thesis focuses on the relationship between a social worker and a Romani client, with an emphasis on trust. The theoretical part describes the concepts of social work, trust, and the Roma population. Furthermore, these concepts are interconnected, thus I describe trust in the context of social work, Romani clients in social work, and trust within the Roma population.Additionally, my work addresses two research questions - Research Question 1: How does trust manifest, build, and transfer within the context of social work with Romani clients? and Research Question 2: How does social work adapt to the cultural contexts of Romani clients? In the analytical part of the work, I analyze data obtained through semi-structured interviews and participant observation in selected services, primarily in a low-threshold facility for children and youth and in a preschool club. The aim of this thesis is to suggest appropriate measures to eliminate risks. In the theoretical part, problem of international trade is defined and important concepts of the risk management are explained. The practical part analysis the internal and external environment of the company and its market position compared to the competition. Furthermore, the situation on the market is evaluated in economic, political, legal and cultural perspective. Various economic and risk-management methods are beeing used for the evaluation. Based on the results of analysis the markets are ranked from the most suitable to the least suitable for international trade.

The aim of the diploma thesis Evaluation of Company Performance is to propose the implementation of the Balance Scorecard for selected company CZECHmetal spol. s r. o., which aims to increase the competitiveness and performance of the particular company. The analytical part is devoted to the introduction of the company and the services offered, the design part will be elaborated on the basis of strategic analysis outputs. Strategic goals are set out in individual perspectives as well as benchmarks that accompany target values. The thesis sets out strategic initiatives that lead to the achievement of the objectives previously set. The conclusion contains the risks and benefits associated with the implementation of the model in society.

Proposal for Establishing a Firm with Fishing Tackle

This thesis deals with the business proposal, which we intend to implement from the 2nd quarter of 2018 and which should serve to implement a tackle shop. The work characterizes basic business concepts, makes the analysis of the current situation on the market and of the secured place for the performance of business activities including the proposed modifications of the interior and describes the anticipated costs and benefits of the project. In the last chapter there is a summary timetable for the implementation of the project, so that nothing was forgotten and the shop could be opened.

The Performance Evaluation of the Company using Balanced Scorecard

The diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of the performance of a business company using Balanced Scorecard. The theoretical part of the thesis defines important theoretical knowledge taken from scholarly literature, which forms the necessary basis for the following parts. The analytical part is used to introduce the business company and perform strategic analysis. The obtained values and knowledge are then applied in the design part of the work. The design part focuses on the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard model in a business company and the design of other recommendations that enable performance increase and competitive market position improvement.
