Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu nákladů při absenci zaměstnanců v pracovní neschopnosti. Pomocí průzkumu je posouzena hodnota přímých i nepřímých nákladů. Dále se práce zabývá možností snížení těchto nákladů pomocí podpory zdravého životního stylu v řadách zaměstnanců. The bachelor's thesis is focused on the analysis of costs in the absence of employees on a sick leave. Value of direct and indirect costs is assessed by using a survey. Afterwards thesis deals with possibility of reducing these costs by supporting healthy lifestyle among employees.
