Motivation and Remuneration in the Selected Company

The thesis focuses on the remuneration system and employee motivation in the selected company. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical background from which the analytical part is based. The second part first describes the selected company, which is the focus of the thesis, and then research is conducted on the company's payroll issues. At the same time, a questionnaire survey is conducted in this part. Then the processing and evaluation of the data obtained from the research is done. In the third part, suggestions for change in the company are developed based on the information found in the analytical part.

The practical section includes a brief profile of the studied company followed by a quantitative analysis of data from previous periods, focusing on the current state of the reward system. Based on the findings, potential concepts for optimizing the employee reward system are presented in the concluding part of the thesis, aiming to enhance employee efficiency and overall company performance. Thus, the thesis endeavors to contribute to a deeper understanding and potential improvement of human resource management within the selected company.

The theoretical part deals with theoretical foundations, primarily the definition of personnel activities and their various aspects. The analytical part is devoted to the analysis of human resource management in a selected company. The design part brings specific recommendations for changes in personnel management of this company, which are derived from theoretical sources and practical findings. The recommendations are designed to match the current situation in the company.

The thesis focuses on the issue of employee motivation and retention in a selected company. The theoretical part deals with the concepts related to the issue of employee motivation and retention. The factors examined include satisfaction, training and development, workplace relations and employee care. The aim is to identify factors that positively or negatively affect employee motivation. Data will be collected using a semi-structured interview and a standardized questionnaire. Based on the results, possible changes will be suggested to increase motivation and retention of existing employees.

The contens of my dissertation deal with motivation, assessment and system of rewarding for employees in a choosed firm. The system of rewarding must be setted up to be understanable and fair for employees and so they could be motivated to a better achievement. The aim of this dissertation is in terms of theoretical knowledge that will be delimitated in the first part of this dissertation and consecutive analyse of present situation of a firm in the second part of my dissertation to propose such a system of rewarding that is going to contribute to bigger satisfaction and better job participation of employees and so to raise productivity of a firm.

This master‘s thesis deals with analysis of the current system of training employees in the company ELKO EP, s.r.o. On the basis of facts the thesis provides innovation of the current staff training. Innovated system of education should lead primarily to more effective education system, improvement in the monitoring of the output of the educational activities and above all the innovated system should save the company’s expenses. The process of education in ELKO EP is one of the benefits for employees and it also plays the role of promoter for the employee motivation in their knowledge development and expansion of valuable human capital.

The thesis deals with employee satisfaction and motivation system of the selected company. In five logical parts, the thesis gradually focuses on the introduction to the issue, literature research, where it discusses employee motivation, communication, workplace and team and employee benefits. The main part of the thesis describes the design and realizationof the questionnaire survey, the evaluation of the results and the assessment of the company's motivation system. Based on these findings, a proposal for possible improvements in specific areas is implemented.
