Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast řízení lidských zdrojů a specifikuje jednotlivé segmenty tohoto řízení. Práce je rozdělena na tři základní části, a to na část teoretickou, analytickou a návrhovou. Teoretická část se zabývá teoretickými základy, především pak definicí personálních činností a jejich různých aspektů. Analytická část se věnuje analýze řízení lidských zdrojů ve vybrané společnosti. Návrhová část přináší specifická doporučení pro změny v personálním řízení této společnosti, která jsou odvozena z teoretických zdrojů a praktických zjištění. Doporučení jsou navržena tak, aby odpovídala současné situaci ve společnosti. The thesis focuses on the area of human resource management and specifies the individual segments of this management. The work is divided into three basic parts: theoretical, analytical, and design. The theoretical part deals with theoretical foundations, primarily the definition of personnel activities and their various aspects. The analytical part is devoted to the analysis of human resource management in a selected company. The design part brings specific recommendations for changes in personnel management of this company, which are derived from theoretical sources and practical findings. The recommendations are designed to match the current situation in the company.
