Fišerová, Tereza ; Malý, Tomáš (advisor) ; Bujnovský, David (referee)
Title: Objectification and comparison of lower limb strength characteristics in selected sports Objectives: The main objective of this study was to objectify and compare selected indicators of lower limb strength in players of team sports games (basketball, football, floorball) of category U19. The secondary objective was to determine the relationship (degree of correlation) between knee joint flexion/extension strength parameters and vertical jump parameters. Methods: The group consisted of 56 probands from three groups of different sports: basketball, floorball and football, the highest competitions in the Czech Republic in the youth category (16-18 years). An isokinetic dynamometer was used to investigate the flexion and extension forces in the knee joint at different angular velocities of movement (60ř/s and 300ř/s). Force plates were used to determine inversion dynamics parameters or lower limb strength during two types of vertical jump. Unassisted arm jump and squat jump were tested. Results: This study found different levels of lower limb strength adaptation in young athletes between the sports of basketball, soccer and floorball. Movement in sports such as soccer and basketball appear to achieve significantly higher absolute and explosive lower limb strength demands than in floorball. These...

Hodačová, Alžběta ; Vařeková, Jitka (advisor) ; Majorová, Simona (referee)
Title: Sensorimotor difficulties in children with speech impairments Objectives: The main aim of the thesis is to assess sensorimotor functions of children with speech disorders using standardized test batteries. Methods: 27 children were part of the study (21 boys, 6 girls), all with speech disorders from an elementary school in the age range 11-15 (12,4 years±1,05). Motor skills were tested with data collection testing batteries MABC-2, Unifittest 6-60. Furthermore, sensory functions were tested using the Nottingham Sensory Assessment. Probands were also provided with a supplementary questionnaire to gather additional information. In the next step a data matrix was created in Microsoft Excel where all data were input. Data analysis was conducted using programs Microsoft Excel and Jamovi. Results: Children with speech disorders showed higher prevalence of motor difficulties compared to Czech norms. According to the overall STS score in MABC-2 test, 63 % (17) were in the range of significant motor difficulties, which is 13 times higher than the norms. A statistically significant relationship between the Unifittest and MABC-2 was proven. In addition, a positive correlation was also confirmed between the BAL component of the MABC-2 and the long jump task in the Unifittest 6-60. Among the sensory...
Modern vibrodiagnostics of machines and evaluation of datasets by neural networks
Koníček, Tomáš ; Holoubek, Tomáš (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
This Master‘s thesis focuses on technical diagnostics with an emphasis on vibrodiagnostics of machines and equipment. The aim is to carry out research on vibration monitoring using modern on-line systems and to investigate the possibilities of processing the acquired data files using neural networks. Vibration monitoring from Siemens SIPLUS CMS is analyzed, including a description of individual hardware and software components. The work also focuses on machine diagnostics using a real model equipped with the SIPLUS CMS system in cooperation with the SIMATIC S7-1200 programmable automaton. The obtained data will be transferred via the FTP protocol for further processing in the Matlab program. Neural network models will be designed and used, which will be trained on the measured data. Convolutional neural network model will be used. The results will be evaluated and a conclusion will be drawn.
Preparation and implementation of construction and technical survey of a building
Mezlík, Vojtěch ; Heřmánková, Věra (referee) ; Anton, Ondřej (advisor)
The subject of bachelor’s thesis is a structural-technical survey of a reinforced concrete frame structure. The theoretical part deals with the inspection of reinforced concrete structures, destructive and non-destructive diagnostic methods for the diagnosis of reinforced concrete structures, and the Czechoslovak architect Jaroslav Josef Polívka. The practical part conducts a structural-technical survey, focusing on the diagnosis of the reinforcement of selected structural elements and the determination of properties of the concrete. The reinforcement was determined using electromagnetic indicator Proceq Profometer 630 and the ground penetrating radar Hilti PS 1000 and verified by chiseled probes. The concrete strength class in the structure was estimated from core drills. In the conclusion, the condition of the structure is evaluated, and measures are proposed.
Modeling and simulation of PLC-BPL communication of smart metering in Network Simulator 3
Baranyk, Matěj ; Rusz, Martin (referee) ; Benešl, Lukáš (advisor)
n recent years BPL technology is becoming more used. Despite the technology not needing any additional cable installation it's important to make sure that using the technology itself makes sense or what the needed requirements will be. Due to this reason we opt to simulate real life scenarios and compare them with outputs from network simulator ns-3. This way we're able to recognize the usefulness of our efforts even before we make any plans to instal anything, which saves time and money. Furthermore we can use the same simulator for diagnostics of already installed BPL routes. Furthermore a laboratory measurement shall be conducted in order to increase dataset sizes and to have more data that can be compared with simulation outputs.

Slezáková, Karolína ; Hrabová, Kristýna (referee) ; Láník, Jaromír (advisor)
In the introduction of this bachelor thesis, reinforced concrete is examined, and its basic properties are described in detail. The subsequent sections focus on the methods used for diagnosing building structures. Special attention is given to the selected methods that will be applied in the practical part of this thesis. The aim of the practical part was to increase awareness of the type of material used in the examined load-bearing elements and to familiarize oneself with one of the fundamental non-destructive methods in construction.
Enuresis in paediatric patients from the perspective of a paediatric nurse
VETÝŠKOVÁ, Tereza
This bachelor thesis deals with enuresis in pediatric patients from the perspective of a pediatric nurse. This condition is often referred to as involuntary urination. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes enuresis, the anatomical and physiological description of the urinary system. Furthermore, it discusses psychological and anatomical changes that may cause enuresis, the psychological needs of patients suffering from enuresis, diagnostic methods, and treatment options. The role of pediatric nurses providing specific care to children with enuresis as well as education to children and their paretns is also described based on aliterature review. The practical part focuses on the specifics of nursing care for children with enuresis. While patients with this disease are more commonly encountered in nephrology clinics, pediatric nurses also encounter enuresis in pediatric wards. The main objectives of this bachelor thesis are to explore the experiences and opinions of nurses on the care of pediatric patients with enuresis, understand how pediatric nurses perceive enuresis inpediatric patients, and examine the strategies and approaches used by pediatric nurses in caring for pediatric patients with enuresis. Interviews were conducted with pediatric nurses to achieve these goals and methodologies. Additional interviews were conducted with parents of children with enuresis, and all interview results were categorized into 10 categories. The research revealed that nurses are knowledgeable about the specifics of nursing care for children with enuresis and have experience with these patients. Respondents utilize appropriate and effective strategies and approaches in caring for children with enuresis.
