Li-ion Batery Management System

This thesis is about systems for Li-ion batteries. The system consists of measuring and charging. The main part of system is 3 to 5-Series Cell Li-Ion and Li-Phosphate Battery Monitor chip BQ76920. The result of this thesis is printed circuit board (PCB) with BQ76920 and a box contain PCB and battery pack. Box is designed for robot KAMBOT. The system has been tested and measured and evaluated in this thesis.
Deep learning model for visual detection and classification general object from industry

The goal of this bachelor’s thesis is to programme deep learning model for visual detection and classification of general object from industry. The paper is divided into five chapters. First chapter deals with research of the most used architectures of this type. The second chapter deals with choosing the best fitting architecture for usage in industry. In the third chapter is desribed the procedure of creating your own dataset. The fourth chapter then describes the implementation process itself, so that each sub-part of the architecture was sufficiently described and the results are described in the fifht chapter. The summary and recommended procedures for potential implementation in real environment can be found in the conclusion of this paper.

Object detection

This paper deals with object detection where a human figure is used as a model. The introductory chapter defines terms detection and object. The second chapter describes the basic theory of computer vision , such as image processing and its parts. A substantial part is also focused on the Canny edge detection, upper body detection and pose detection. The third chapter describes the MATLAB integrated development environment in which the image processing functions are implemented. The last chapter is a practical demonstration of object detection. Different upper body detection methods are compared there. In the last subsection, two methods of determining the deviations based on the template are compared. Finally, all methods are compared with respect to the obtained results.
Visual Object Tracking in Realtime

Sledování obecného objektu na zařízení s omezenými prostředky v reálném čase je obtížné. Mnoho algoritmů věnujících se této problematice již existuje. V této práci se s nimi seznámíme. Různé přístupy k této problematice jsou diskutovány včetně hlubokého učení. Představeny jsou reprezentace objektu, datasety i metriky pro vyhodnocování. Mnoho sledovacích algorimů je představeno, osm z nich je implementováno a vyhodnoceno na VOT datasetu.

This bachelor’s thesis discuss methods of comparing air handling units from the economy of operating stage aspect. Introductory chapters have research character and they are about ventilation and air handling units. In further chapters, there are described and demonstrated 3 methods for comparing units. These methods are compared in the conclusion.
A modular streaming service with cloud storage

This thesis deals with the design of a modular streaming system with cloud storage. The aim is to design a cheap and reliable solution using smart home. An open-source Home Assistant system running on Raspberry Pi 4 with an application available for Android and iOS has been chosen as the control system of the smart home. For this system, two versions of smart cameras are proposed in this thesis, one with colour vision and the other with black and white vision with the possibility of seeing infrared light at night. The main microcontroller of the cameras is ESP32-CAM model AI-THINKER. Both cameras are used to test computer vision methods with image streaming capability.
Dataset augmentation with style transfer methods

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the research of dataset augmentation and style transfer methods. From the range of available style transfer algorithms, three very different methods were selected, implemented and then experimentally used for dataset augmentation. The effectiveness of augmentation using these methods was verified by performing a statistical analysis of each newly created dataset compared to the original, unmodified dataset. The results of the analysis provide important information about changes in statistical characteristics such as entropy, mean, median, variance, and standard deviation. This information helped to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the augmentation methods used on the augmented dataset and provide evidence of their potential.
Simulation of defects and impurity of sensing technics in images

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the simulation of various defects on optical devices. At the same time, the bachelor’s thesis will contain a database of images of various defects on optical devices for the purpose of analyzing their manifestations on real images.
