Specifics and current challenges of school counseling at Charles University and Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague from the perspective of students

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of counselling in the university environment. Specifically, it focuses on the counselling provided at Charles University and the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague from the perspective of students. The topic of counselling for university students is a very key issue. These services help students to overcome academic and personal obstacles that can make it difficult to complete their studies and thus close students possible entry into the labor market. The topics of the theoretical part of this thesis are the characteristics and background of counselling, the types of counselling services provided, and, in particular, research and comparison of counselling services provided at selected universities. The thesis aims to describe the current situation of counselling at each university using the students' opinions and thus identify the aspects influencing the awareness and overall usability of counselling services. The resultant data of the survey points to the fact that students are rather uninterested in counselling. Informal education in the Existential hagiotherapy course for the general public

The diploma thesis focuses on informal education in the Existential hagiotherapy course. The theoretical part is devoted to the analysis and analysis of professional literature in the field of lifelong and informal adult education and existential hagiotherapy. It presents strategic documents in the field of non-formal education, religious and spiritual literature as well as existential hagiotherapy. Based on this analysis, basic terms are defined and elements of spiritual education of adults are specified, which enable better orientation in the text of the diploma thesis. The diploma thesis represents the possibilities of resocialization and re- education of persons from a disadvantaged environment, e.g. persons serving a prison sentence. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the processing and evaluation of the data obtained in the Existential Hagiotherapy course using semi-structured interviews with course participants and therapists, a description of the course and its practical use for the personal development of course participants. Motivation of students of career counselling to the profession of a career counsellor

The diploma thesis focuses on the field of career counselling in its entirety. The theoretical part defines concepts such as motivation and career and describes the most well-known career typologies. It presents the sectors where career counsellor can be found, including the definition of target groups that most often seek the career counsellors help. It comprehensively introduces the services, forms, methods and tools used by career counsellors, including his or her competences according to the National Occupation Classification System. It deals with the education of career counsellors, including the standards of the National Qualification System. The empirical part focuses on the motivation of students in career counselling to pursue the profession of career counsellor. The thesis aimed to identify the reasons for studying the chosen field and the cocerns that respondents perceive in connection with their future career. The aim of the research is to identify and analyze the needs in the field of human resource management within a small company, referred to as "Company XY". Another goal is the creation and definition of specific requirements for the HR position, which would be newly introduced within this company. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis defines the basic concepts related to HR and human resources management. It monitors the development of personnel work over time and changes in the approach and management of human resources. It relates the influence of a healthy organizational culture to the loyalty and commitment of employees and ultimately to the achievement of the organization's strategic goals. It summarizes individual personnel activities and the desired professional, general, digital and soft competencies of a personnel officer, as well as the specifics of personnel work in a small company. The diploma thesis focuses on the application of educational and counseling activities in the practice of probation officers. Probation is viewed as a tool of social andragogy, the practical application of which can be found in institutions that focus, among other things, on the socialization and resocialization of individuals such as criminals. The aim of the work is to analyze and characterize the educational and counseling activities that selected probation officers use in their work with persons released from imprisonment and to identify barriers to their use. A secondary aim of the research findings is to determine which activities are considered most effective in the process of integrating these persons into society according to the selected probation officers. The Role and Contribution of Prison Chaplains in the Process of Development and Reintegration of Convicts

The diploma thesis analyses the work and contribution of clergymen in the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the role of the chaplains in the prison environment, it also deals with its historical development and key moments in history that have influenced the contemporary form of spiritual care of convicts. The theoretical part also presents an enumeration of the possibilities and specifics of development and education of convicts in the prison care system and the system of functioning of the educational and developmental system available to convicts during their sentence. It is within this spectrum of activities and activities that the role of spiritual care is further embedded in the theoretical part. Further, the theory articulates the impact of spiritual care on the lives of convicts and the experience of punishment. The theoretical part concludes with a comparison of the Czech and international context of chaplaincy and clerical activities, as well as post-penitentiary care, in which the thesis presents the specifics and methods of clerical work in the reintegration of convicts back into society. The bachelor thesis focuses on the implementation and use of Business Intelligence tools for chosen companies, by using Micsrosfot PowerBI and Kibana. The thesis contains a theoretical part that describes Business Intelligence, its parts, tools and other necessary issues that will be worked with further. In the following part is made, an analysis of the current situation of the given company. The last part focuses on obtaining, transforming, and uploading the necessary data and developing dashboards that monitor the performance of the companies. The resulting dashboards will help in monitoring the devices used in companies.

The Diploma Thesis deals with the analysis of selected personal data regulations of Czech Republic and European Union and description of rights and obligations for controller and processor that result from those regulations. The aim of the thesis is to create recommendations for small and medium enterprises for processing personal data based on the previously mentioned assessment. The thesis is composed of three parts, a theoretical one, where the basic terms such as Business Intelligence, personal data or controller will be explained, analytical one, containing content analysis of selected regulations, and solution proposal part, where certain recommendations for small and medium enterprises will be carried out.

This bachelor thesis deals with the introduction and comparison of different platforms for creating e-commerce for entrepreneurs. The aim of the thesis is to provide an overview of the advantages and disadvantages of each platform, as well as to compare their features and capabilities. The thesis will also include a practical part, in which specific platforms for creating a customized e-shop will be compared and the steps required to create an e-shop on the platform that best suits the requirements of the entrepreneur will be described. The work should result in a detailed guide for selecting a suitable e-shop solution, considering the current situation and the needs of the entrepreneur.
