The theoretical part deals with marketing, communication mix, marketing communication and business environment analysis. The practical part is about the design of an improved communication mix and its application. Prograin ZIA, s.r.o. deals with trading activities specialized in the trade of soya, lupine and agricultural products.

In this thesis, a large part of marketing communication will be analyzed, but more attention will be paid to advertising and personal selling, as they form an essential part of the communication mix. The thesis will conclude by suggesting improvements that should lead to an increase in the number of sales, mainly due to an increase in the satisfaction and loyalty of regular customers and an increase in the number of new customers.

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of marketing communication in the concrete company called Truhlářství Augusta. In the first part I focus on the theoretical basis and introduction into marketing issues. These information are essential for subchapters of the thesis. The analytical part contains analysis of marketing and communication mix. The next part brings concrete proposals to improve the current situation. Based on that, I present opportunities to increase brand awareness in the Internet environment, especially through social media and company website, the possibility of using free space for advertising, recruitment campaign in the social media environment, proposals for promotional materials, local sponsorship opportunities and the use of fairs. The final part contains an estimate of the cost of the relevant proposals and their overall evaluation.

The bachelor thesis deals with the deals analysis of the marketing mix of the company DOSTA CZ, s.r.o. performing earthworks and the subsequent creation of a proposal for its improvement and it´s ekonomic evaluation. The theoretical part of the work introduces the concepts and analyzes presented in the work, also serves as a basis for the next parts. The analytical part evaluates the current situation in the company throught 4P analysis, Porter´s analysis of five competitive forces and the resulting SWOT analysis. The analytical part then serves as a basis for the proposal part, in which proposals are made to improve the marketing mix regarding the improvement of the company´s promotion, the expansion of employee benefits and the expansion of the services offered, which also increase the company´s competitiveness.
