This diploma thesis deals with the issue of customer's satisfaction with the offered services and products of Lakeview café. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first one describes basic concepts related to the topic. The following analytical part of the thesis will deal with the current situation in the company from customer's point of view, based on the data collected from the questionnaire survey. In the third phase, suggestions and recommendations are presented to increase the satisfaction of visitors of the café in the area of the offered products and services.

Diploma thesis deals with the basic marketing strategy analysis of manufacturing firms and then suggestions for its improvement. The work is divided into two main parts.The first part is devoted to contemporary marketing, which includes a comparison of financial and human resources. In the second part describes the design of marketing strategy and its implementation. The thesis also deals with the optimization of the system. The aim is to set a marketing strategy to increase sales, profits and also to define the cost of marketing the company. Outcome of this work is to reveal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and detailed steps that may include not only financial and human resources but also the abilityand know-how. The work is to provide an integrated form of the current marketing strategy, detailed descriptions of its functionality.

The thesis is focused on international marketing of gaming industry. It’s focus is on trends and possibilities of international marketing strategy for microtransactions. The theoretical part aims to define basic concept of gaming industry, marketing, microtransactions, customer behavior and ways to engage with him. The analytical part is creating a concept of international marketing strategy for a game, which is being developed by the author of this thesis based on quality research and theoretical background. This strategy is supposed to engage with customers not interested in microtransactions.
The Use of Guerilla Marketing at the Election Campaign

This master´s thesis deals with application of guerrilla marketing at the election campaign. The first part contains the theoretical basis, which explain the marketing communication, current trends in marketing communications and define the concept of guerilla marketing, including establishment of this marketing trend. The practical part at first analyse a real election campaign, at the development and application I have participated. The campaign took place before the municipal elections in Humpolec in the autumn 2014. Then the work continues by a questionnaire survey, where I want to examine the knowledge of the term guerilla marketing to the general public, including opinion on a particular campaign, which took place in the city. In conclusion, I included proposals to improve the campaign for its next use.

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout efektivní a uskutečnitelnou digitální marketingovou strategii orientovanou na slovenský trh pro vybranou společnost. Práce je zkomponována z teoretické části analytické části a z návrhů na zlepšení. Teoretická část se, vztahuje k marketingu a marketingové strategii. Analytické část zkoumá vnitřní a vnější faktory okolního prostředí, které mají přímý vliv na vybranou společnost. Na základě provedených analýz je navrhnuta digitální marketingová strategie s cílem zvýšení povědomí a tím pádem i zisku vybrané společnosti na slovenském trhu.

The internal and external environment is analyzed based on the knowledge from the theoretical section of the thesis to determine the current company's situation and analyze the environment which directly influences the company. Lastly, suggestions and recommendations for the business development of the company are proposed.

The master’s thesis analyses a selected company operating in the tourism industry. The company has customers from more than five countries and specialises in offering hotel services in the Giant Mountains, especially for Czech, Polish and German clients. The result of this thesis is an international marketing strategy that is in line with current trends in the hotel industry. The secondary objective is to segment current and potential customers by using Google Analytics when preparing international marketing strategy.
Proposal of Communication Strategy

This diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of proposals or improvements in marketing communication of the Dukovany nuclear power plant. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part includes necessary theoretical resources for building a communication strategy. The second part comprises of various analyses, which are necessary to obtain information for the concluding part of the thesis. The proposal of the communication strategy itself is based on conclusions of the analyses focused on communication of the operator of the Dukovany NPP and on the selected communication tools currently used by this power plant. It is also based on the data acquired from the quantitative survey conducted with the purpose of finding out the actual public perception of the Dukovany NPP amongst young people and their attitude towards nuclear energy in general.

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou strategického rozvoja značky klasického mužského obliekania. Práca je rozdelená do troch častí. V teoretickej časti sú vymedzené teoretické východiská, ktoré slúžia na vytvorenie a budovanie stratégie značky. Po vymedzení teoretických poznatkov, nasleduje analytická časť. Táto časť sa zaoberá prieskumom trhu a potenciálnych zákazníkov. V práci sú spracované výsledky analýzu trhu. Tieto výsledky slúžia ako základ pre tvorbu návrhovej časti.
