This master´s thesis is focused on development of business activities of company POSS-SLPC s.r.o., whose main activity is cutting production for the electronics industry. The company is determined to work on stable success and search for new opportunities at new markets. The thesis consists of analysis of the company´s current situation and market environment based on relevant theoretical knowledge. The main outcome of the thesis is an introduction to actual proposals for development of business activities for POSS-SLPC s.r.o. through acquisition of new customers from the automotive industry.
Subjective evaluation by users of community-based services in the field of mental health care

The present dissertation focuses on the evaluation of the effectiveness of community services provided in Mental Health Centres. Its theoretical framework provides a description of domestic and international studies and concepts that serve as the main theoretical underpinnings for the thesis. The thesis explores the conceptualization of serious mental illness, including its description, epidemiological overview, diagnosis, treatment, and the concept of recovery as a central approach in the care of persons with serious mental illness. It also describes the system of psychiatric care, psychiatric and psychosocial rehabilitation, the functioning of the Mental Health Centres and the methods of evaluating the provision of psychiatric care in the Czech Republic. A qualitative longitudinal study involving two data collections was used to answer the research questions. Reflective thematic analysis was used to process the data. The research was based on interviews with clients of Mental Health Centers III and their family members, whose statements mapped their expectations and the fulfillment of these expectations. The report summarizes the results of a survey of fish in the Bagr reservoir using benthic gillnets and seine. The aim of the survey was to describe the spatial distribution of fish populations in the nearshore and bottom habitats of the reservoir during the day and night.
Anthropological reflection of Woman in the Second Half of the 19th Century

The diploma thesis deals with the transformation of self-intimate feminity in the second half of the 19th century. The primary subject matter of the thesis focuses on the transformation of the female subjectivity in the contrast with the prejudiced and culturally influenced role of a female. The thesis focuses on the biological determination of a female from the masculine perspective in the discourse of the 19th century and on the influence of socializing factors on the change of understanding of the female subjectivity. The primary subject is the role of a mother as a non conceptprovider of specific information about the matrimonial cohabitation. The methodology of the thesis concerns historical, culturally - anthropological, sociological survey and the gender and a culturally and socially created construct. Objectification of surgical treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome

Title: Objectification of surgical treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome Objectives: The main aim of this work is to evaluate the effectiveness of surgical treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome. Methods: In this work was used a two-point discrimination test, that evaluated tactile sensory of the hand with carpal tunnel syndrome. It evaluated the change of discriminatory sensation after surgical treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome. The results of testing were evaluated by using the SigmaPlot statistic program SigmaStat 9.01 to 3.1 integration. Results: Research found that two-point discrimination in region of median nerve innervated is improved by surgical treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome, it improves the tactile sensory of the hand, which is impaired by carpal tunnel syndrome. Effect of physiotherapy on improvement of the discriminatory sensation after surgery was not demonstrated. However, the physiotherapy after surgical treatment of carpal tunnel syndrom is important. The diploma thesis deals with the concept of homelessness in the subject of civic education. It contains a selection of data that justify the legitimacy of teaching this topic in civics classes. The didactic part of the thesis deals with the analysis of educational programmes and available teaching materials. The last part of the thesis contains the proposal of aims and specific didactic activities that facilitate the implementation of the topic of homelessness in civic education. The notification of lack of conformity and consumer remedies in contracts for the sales of goods Abstract This thesis analyses the notification of lack of conformity and consumer remedies in contracts for the sales of goods. This thesis aims to analyse the provisions of Act. No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, and Act. No. 634/1992 Coll., Consumer Protection Act, including recent amendments by Act. No. 374/2022 Coll., which entered into force on 6th January 2023, and reacted to some problematic practical issues. These provisions will be compared to corresponding provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/771. The first chapter of this thesis focuses on provisions of Civil Code regarding consumer remedies for the lack of conformity. Individual sections of this chapter describe requirements for conformity, exceptions from lack of conformity, the remedies which a consumer is entitled to, and the hierarchy of these remedies. Furthermore, the notification of lack of conformity is described according to sections 1922 and 2165 of Civil Code. Integration of humanities in a specific school practice

The thesis deals with a specific case of connecting humanities (Czech language, history, geography and civics) at Pražské humanitní gymnázium. Using selected theoretical literature and a specific (auto)ethnographic probe in the named institution, it analyzes the teaching from the point of view of the school educational program and its continuity with RVP, on a more detailed level also from the point of view of the thematic plan and its implementation. The thesis also includes a description of the evaluation of this subject. The goal of the thesis is to find out if this connection is functional based on the experiences of teachers and students. Teaching about Disinformation. On Media Education in the Czech Republic, Finland, and the UK

This bachelor's thesis deals with misinformation and demonstrates how schools in selected countries approach the issue of misinformation in media education and subsequently compares these approaches. The thesis focuses on the concept of misinformation and distinguishes other related terms (fake news, hoaxes, conspiracy theories, etc.). Furthermore, the thesis analyzes the fundamental aspects of media education, specifically in the Czech Republic, Finland, and the United Kingdom. This section provides the reader with a clearer picture of how individual countries approach media education. The comparison is specifically emphasized on the topic of misinformation. Thus, the thesis aims to answer whether Czech students are sufficiently educated in dealing with misinformation and media in general.
