Comprehensive evaluation of privat pre-school institution with accreditation Ministry of education, youth and sports

This work deals with a comprehensive evaluation of private nursery schools included in the Register of School Legal Entities. The main research problem is the definition of pre- school facilities accredited by the Ministry of Education based on its comprehensive evaluation. The aim is to completely analyze selected preschool institution accredited by the Ministry and subsequently define the field of education with regard to the research assumptions based on laws, regulations, school government documents and documents selected institutions. The object of this work will be private nursery school accredited by the Ministry and will be subject to evaluation of the operation, ie the evaluation of the organization, control, staffing, content and form of education, educational environment and employee satisfaction school. We will analyze the work and the resources and procedures that must be achieved in order for the organization received accreditation. Subsequently, on the basis of a questionnaire we discover how employees organization meets the system operation or you against him in certain areas defined. Educational needs of teachers in leisure education

The theme of the thesis is to identify the educational needs of teachers in leisure education. The theoretical part is focused on the identification and analysis of educational needs. It also focuses on staff training, their competencies and the use of competency approach to their education. The theoretical part concludes with a chapter on after-school education and the teachers' activities. The aim of the research is to identify the educational needs of these teachers and the specification of their competencies. The research section includes a survey carried out by the technique of unstructured written interviews. According to the analysis of the obtained information the competencies of teachers are specified and the competency model is created. The competency model can be used for the selection, evaluation and remuneration and other training of the teachers in after-school education. Identifying educational needs of teachers offers them themes and ideas for their professional training.

Title of the Master's Thesis: The management structure of universities Abstract: Master's Thesis "The management structure of universities' mapping key organizational elements in universities in Czech Republic, both in terms of internal point of view and from outside view from different institutions that are linked to universities, control them or are otherwise tied to their existence. These organizational elements are also compared to the practice of business management and key moments are shown, where the practice of business organizations differs from universities. As part of familiarizing with the organizational structure the analysis of the number of managerial staff was performed both in absolute numbers and relative to the number of students at selected universities. Finally, interviews were conducted with senior managers of these universities to compare their experiences of college life. Competences of a soft skills trainer working in the private sector

This diploma thesis deals with the competence model of a soft skills trainer working in the private sector. It looks into the specifics of adult education with emphasis on the presentation of barriers when educating adults. Furthermore, this work discusses adult education specifics while focusing on the differences from the education of children and youth. This diploma work focuses on a trainer's personality requirements, his competences, and it presents expectations related to the trainer. A soft skills trainer's competence model is drawn up on the basis of theory presented and research carried out. The research focuses on three groups of participants to educational process - representatives of an educational organization as a trainer's employer, ordering party of an educational event as a trainer's customer and trainers themselves.

Autonomy of directors and teachers in the current Chinese educational system Mgr. Radana Wagenknechtová 2015 ABSTRACT This thesis looks at the Chinese educational system and the autonomy that directors and teachers share in the decision making process. It not only examines the educational system as a whole but analyses different levels of the educational system, puts an emphasis on the autonomy of teachers and directors in a school environment, and introduces various school reforms in China since 1976. Consequently, it clarifies the current Chinese educational system with an emphasis on various organizational levels along with the power they have in the decision making process and the options for creating change. Through the study of key documents of the Chinese educational system, political system, and other foreign literature, the legislative processes and documents that are responsible for the Chinese educational policies are made apparent. The thesis compares the official Chinese educational system's documents and processes with the actual situation. Based on this research, the thesis determines the real level of autonomy that directors and teachers possess in the decision making process.
Conseqences of increasing number of university graduates in Czech Republic

This thesis deals with the recent issue of increased number of university students. It entails the problematic success on the labor market or reduction of quality of the particular studies. This research focuses not only on the Czech Republic region but also on some other chosen countries contending with the very similar issue. This thesis follows the analogous paper of Jan Keller and Lubor Tvrdý: "Vzdělanostní společnost? Chrám, výtah a pojišťovna". Classical statistical research and questionnaire survey were employed as the key methods of answering the main inquiries.
Electronic Communication in Organisations

The work explores the theoretical knowledge of the effects of electronic communication on the fuctioning of the working team on trust, member satisfaction, self evaluation through empowerment and cohesion. To verify the obtained results the explorative study in the natural environment of the working team, intensively using electronic communications, were done. The main methodwas the analysis of theories of electronic communication and the functioning of teams under working environment conditions. For explorative study the method of observations was used, as well as unstructured interviews and questionnaires. After analysing the current theoretical knowledge and the definition of main directions of the exploration, the work focuses on the exploration study of the team in the natural working environment with higher levels of virtualization. In addition to several theories of rational choice and theories of the impact of communication technology on social relations the concept of Human Relations was used as an crucial explanatory apparatus for findings, obtained in the exploratory study. A key finding was the dominance of social relations in communication, which outweighed the rational theory of choice and technological determinism.
