Master´s thesis deals with the analysis of customer satisfaction in selected company. Provides an overview of the subject to which include customer analytics and marketing environment, marketing research, and other related concepts. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the customer satisfaction in the company m.a. alu service s.r.o. through a questionnaire survey and design and find the most effective way to improve the quality of service and customer satisfaction levels.

This diploma thesis focuses on creation of suitable communication strategy for internet store Luxusni pera Brno and the solution is based on detailed analysis of the store. The first part of the thesis is devoted to evolution of basic marketing strategies over time and to marketing communication as well. The second part is focused on analysis of the store, of the competition and also of the purchasers on the internet. The final third part is formed by evaluation of the proposal and its economic demands.

The analyzes are then evaluated and, based on them, suggestions for impro-ving the current situation are proposed.

The analytical section examines the internal and external environment of the company. From the questionnaire survey the results of the study are concluded. The last section offers suggestions and precautions for the enhancement of the MITRANET.CZ’s client satisfaction.

These changes should increase the competitiveness and, ultimately, the gym's sales.

K vybudování fungujícího věrnostního programu je třeba analyzovat současná situaci firmy, ale také zjistit požadavky a přání zákazníku firmy. Neméně důležitým krokem je také představení věrnostních programů ostatních mezinárodních firem.
The Proposal of marketing strategy for the selected hotel

Diplomová práce je rozdělena do třech části. První část se zaobírá teoretickými východisky vztahujícími se k marketingu a marketingové strategii. Poznatky z teoretických východisek jsou pak aplikovány k analýze současného stavu a prostředí hotelu. Na základě výsledků jednotlivých analýz je pak navrhnuta samotná marketingová strategie.
