The level of physical abilities of primary school pupils with different hourly subsidy for physical education.

Title: The level of physical abilities of primary school pupils with different hourly subsidy for physical education Objetives: The aim of the work is to determine whether the pupils of the Benešov Dukelská primary school show that they have a larger subsidy of physical education since the 6th grade. Using a comparison with a classic elementary school, find out how students perform in sports. Method used: To reach the goal of the thesis, we will use a comparison of two schools. ZŠ Mnichovice, which has a classic regime of physical education, and ZŠ Dukelská Benešov, which has a sports extension. We will compare the performance of students in the disciplines of Olympic multi- sport. Results: According to the comparison of the classical primary school of the Mnichovice primary school and the school with the sports extension of the Dukelská Benešov primary school, we can claim that this influence was reflected in the results. In individual groups according to sports workload, better results were repeatedly shown for pupils with a higher hourly subsidy of physical education (PE). The averages of performances in the group also showed, where the differences between pupils with a higher hourly subsidy of PE and pupils with a classic hourly subsidy were often very marked. Teachers burnout syndrome

Title: Burnout Syndrome among Teachers Objectives: The purpose of this diploma thesis is to analyse the burnout syndrome from the point of view of teachers who do not suffer from this syndrome. These teachers explain how they proceed to cope with a difficult period or different kinds of problems they are sometimes facing and how they manage to see their job as their personal fulfilment. Methods: The method used is Interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA). Data were collected during semi-structured interviews with four respondents. These interviews were recorded on a phone, transcribed word by word and then analysed. Results: The most important topics that resulted from the answers of responding teachers are: 1) Students as the main purpose of the job, 2) Shift in the point of view as a solution to the problem, 3) On-line life, lack of time and disillusionment of teachers, 4) Personal characteristics as a determining factor for the selection of suitable subject. These topics were selected as main topics because they had a considerable impact on working practices of each teacher, which is evident from the analysis of their answers using the chosen method (IPA). Analysis of motives for visiting the fitness center

Author: Karolína Peterová Title: Analysis of motives leading to fitness center visits Objectives: The aim of the work is to introduce the issue of motivation for physical fitness and find out what motives lead people to visit fitness centers in order to perform physical activity. Respondents are divided into groups according to gender, age, completed education and type of employment. Within these groups, the individual motives are compared with each other. Furthermore, the work evaluates the level of respondents' own effectiveness for the area of physical activities, for the already mentioned groups. Methods: The method used for analysis of dominant motives was a questionnaire consisting of two standardized questionnaires: MPAM-R (Motives for Physical Activity Measure) and DOPA (E-SES in English - The Exercise Self-Efficacy Scale), supplemented by data: gender, age, completed education and type of employment. The questionnaires were distributed online via a link. Results: The results of the MPAM-R questionnaire show that the primary motive for most of groups is to improve physical fitness. Analysis of motor docility, emotional stability and ractibility

Title: Analysis of the relationship motor docility, emotional stability and reactibility. Aim : The objective was to gain insight into the theoretical knowledge of motor docility. Try to analyze the correlation between the motor docility, reactibility and emotional stability of students of physical education UJEP. Methods: The level of motor docility was measured by IOWA BRACE test, the shift in learning new motor skills in selected sports during the semester and expert assessment. Reactibility was through disjunctive test reaction times observed temporal variability of response times. Emotional stability was diagnosed with neuroticism dimension in the EPQ-R. Results: The sample had the expected characteristics due to the emotional stability. It was proved relation between values of neuroticism and temporal variability in reaction time test reactibility. Partly succeeded confirm the relationship between motor docility (test progression in learning new motor skills) and temporal variability of response times. Additional physical activities of pupils of the 2nd grade of elementary school

Title: Additional physical activities of pupils of the 2nd grade of elementary school Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to describe and classify various possibilities of integrating physical activity into the school regime of pupils aged 11-15, which reduce the sedentary stereotype and help to fulfil the recommended amount of daily physical activity of pupils. Methods: In the theoretical part, a search of literature and electronic sources was carried out. The practical part included a questionnaire to determine the current situation in schools in the Czech Republic. The questionnaire was created in Google Forms, Mailchimp was used to distribute the questionnaire and statistical processing of the results was completed in Microsoft Excel. The selection of respondents was randomly stratified by districts. Results: The theoretical part described a number of teaching forms and methods related to movement, including specific suggestions and inspirations in various subjects. The results of the questionnaire showed a high level of interest in the topic among school officials, but also a rejecting attitude of some respondents. The perception of fair play in snowboardcross by children

Title: The perception of fair play by children in snowboardcross Objectives: Objective of this thesis is to describe, using phenomenological interpretative analysis, experience with the fair play phenomena in sample of children members of Snowbeasts snowboardcross team. Methods: I used a method of interpretative phenomenological analysis. Data was collected by using semi-structured interviews with 6 respondents, which were recorded using a dictaphone and then transcripted into text form, which was analyzed by repeated reading. Results: Fair play is considered by respondents to be unseparable part of sport, while in civil life and at school they are willing to break it, this appears not to be an option in sport. Respondents keep the experience of fair play violation by opponents for their next sport life, while the strongest of induced emotions is disappointment. In equipment they consider using of speed-enhancing powders to be the biggest difference. There is a difference in opinions of boys and girls about influence of emotions and logical thinking, boys are oriented rather on their performence and they do not let their emotions to affect them, while girls on the other hand consider emotions to have strongest influence on fair play. Testing of motor competence of pupils in 6. form in basic schools through test MOBAK

Title: Testing of motor competencies of 6th grade elementary school students using the MOBAK test Objectives: The aim of this work was to analyze the level of motor competencies of 6th graders using a MOBAK 5-6 test battery. Based on the analysis of the obtained results, the aim was to identify shortcomings and suggest the possibility of positive influence in school practice. At the same time, the aim was to verify the suitability of this test battery in school physical education. Methods: The research group consisted of a total of 144 students in the 6th grade of primary school (81 boys and 63 girls). Test results were obtained using 8 MOBAK motor tests (category 5-6). The first 4 tests form the category Movement with an object and the next 4 tests form the category Self-movement. The test results themselves were supplemented by data obtained by the method of questioning. Students' parents filled in questionnaires about their children's sports activities. Students were divided into groups according to gender, leisure activities and sports activities with their parents, and within this division their results were compared. Title: Intrinsic motivation of football players in the category of young children Objectives: The main objective is to determine the level of intrinsic motivation of young children in football. Methods: In the practical part of my thesis, I chose to use a survey. Results: The results of my work show a high level of intrinsic motivation within the group of interviewed players. Players look forward to coming to the pitch and they train even after the club training ends. They also state that they want to become professional players themselves. Title: Criteria for assessment and teachers' preferences for kinds of final assessment in physical education at elementary schools Objectives: The objectives of the thesis were to gather and evaluate information about teachers' preferences for criteria in assessment of physical education as well as their preferences for kinds of assessment in the final evaluation of physical education. The aim of this work was also to compare preferences of different groups of teachers which are linked sociodemographic and professional characteristics. Methods: We used a questionnaire survey to gather the information in the practical part. 63 respondents participated. We utilized Google Forms to create the questionnaire and we shared it via email. The snowball sampling, nonprobability sampling and sampling across institutions were employed to select respondents and Excel software to analyse the data. Results: Based on the data analysis, we can say that teachers at elementary schools perceive the criteria of assessment very similarly, but for certain groups of teachers, greater or lesser differences can be observed. An overview of the programmes supporting physical activity of children at elementary schools in the Czech Republic

Title: An overview of the programmes supporting physical activity of children at elementary schools in the Czech Republic Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to sum up most of the programmes that strive to improve physical activity of children at elementary schools in the Czech Republic. This overview should help the scholarly public to get to know which programmes are there for the support of physical activity and their subsequent interest in them. Methods: In the first part, the programmes which meet the set requirements, were looked up. Following sources were used to find these programmes: the Internet, websites of the organisations engaged in children sport education, addressing coordinators of the programmes etc. The data in the next part of the thesis were acquired using a form of which participants were the employees connected to those stated programmes. In total, 329 schools were approached and ca. 32 % of questionnaires were returned. Results: Overall, eight programmes were found and seven of them actively engaged in improving physical activity of the children at elementary schools in the Czech Republic.
