Analysis and proposal of optimization of information, production and control systems (the selected organization)

This bachelor thesis deals with streamlining the functioning of the systems in a small company focused on gastronomy. The main goal of this work is the analysis and subsequent optimization proposal and recommendations to the information, and production and control system in a particular organization. The first part is necessary theoretical basis related to the topic,then there is description of the processing methodology of the work. The third part, practical, contains the general characteristics of the company, analysis of the current situation and questionnaire survey. In the last part there is the optimization proposal and recommendations for needed parts from the analysis and the survey. The result is analysis of the company in order system and its main benefit are changes made in the restaurant on the basis of these recommendations.
The use of responsive design to optimize websites for mobile devices

With an ever-growing group of Internet users connecting via mobile devices it is necessary to prepare websites for a new group of visitors. This thesis presents a comparison of the various methods how to customize a website for mobile devices and detailed description of responsive web design. The thesis also contains a description of the differences in the behavior of mobile and desktop users and their different needs. The output of the practical part of thesis is a new form of website for hotel Zlatý Lev located in Jablonec nad Nisou, which are designed according to the principles and the rules of responsive web design. Thanks to this we will achieve the best user experience on different devices, from desktop computers, tablets and even smartphones.

There are many metrics available, therefore it's helpful to get familiar with them and choose the right ones which will bring us valuable information. Marketing is a process that should be completed by evaluation, according to predetermined metrics, and according to results appropriate steps are to be made. Metrics are an important point in this process, providing valuable feedback and beneficial advice.

This bachelor thesis discusses the matters of market analysis cloud Business intelligence solution. This bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical section describes basic information about history and evolution of BI. The practical part contains a description of the selected players in the market of cloud-based BI solutions. After providing basic information followed by a chapter of a comprehensive analysis and positions of the players in the world market and evaluation of players on the Czech market. The second part is a questionnaire that gives information about the possibility of extending the cloud BI to smaller businesses. At the end is a summary of the results mentioned and a few trends that show where the BI is heading today.
Use of social networks for recruitment

This bachelor thesis deals with social networks and their use in recruitment process. The aim is to assess whether social networks can become the main method for recruitment, to find out recruiters' opinion on the use of social networks and to compare these findings with the period of three years ago. Finally, also to characterize the selected social networks and to compare their applicability. The theoretical part is devoted to the introduction of human resource management and recruitment. It also gives an overview of social networks, their history and statistics of today's use. Next part discusses the possibilities of social recruitment followed by analysis of social networks Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Practical part contains analysis of data obtained from interview and questionnaire study carried out among HR specialists. The results were compared to the same research conducted in 2012.
Draft of computer strategic game for simulation of employee motivation

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of the computer strategic game for simulation of employee motivation. The main objective of this work is to create a draft of strategic game that will encourage systemic thinking of managers and students preparing for a career in management. In the first part the theoretical background of this issue is discussed, especially the concept of systemic thinking and motivational theories, which is central to the game design. The second part of the thesis goes into the analysis of game itself and the problem of employee motivation. The last third part consists of the actual game design, which is designed without technical implementation. It provides a logic game with a basic graphic design.
Analysis and suggestion for optimization of information system use during the sales process in company 2P SERVIS s.r.o.

Bachelor thesis deals with the information system utilized during the sales process in mid-sized company selling products primarily in health, social services and hotel industry. The aim of bachelor thesis is to analyse and propose optimization of information system to be used just at the sales process in an organization, with a focus on internal communication departments, which are the parts of sales process and customer satisfaction in terms of communication and information structure in e-shop. Work is in its first part dealing with the theoretical basis, which includes an explanation of the various concepts needed to understand the practical research. The second section summarizes the methods used to handle the analytical section of practical research. The third part deals with the presentation of the company and analysis of questionnaire surveys from employees and customers. In the end of bachelor thesis, there is suggested an optimization to streamline the information system as part of the sales process.
Analysis of a Specific Company from the Perspective of CRM

The bachelor thesis is in theoretical part explaining the term CRM, its history, development and modern trends. It describes company procedures and various CRM functions. It also discusses the theoretical benefits of CRM and its implementation in the company. The practical part introduces a real company, analyzes its business processes with a focus on their flaws and their subsequent optimization. It processes questionnaires filled out by the departments of sales and invoicing and interviews with the heads of these departments. Based on the acquired knowledge, recommendations for the introduction of CRM are made.

Diploma thesis focuses on clarifying of sociocybernetics principles and its connection to other sciences. It refers to possible approach to information, knowledge, systems. Further, it appeals to individuals in terms of social system and their values, abstract reality perception, utilization of feedback, autopoiesis (self-organization) and many others. Theoretical frame offers to reader awareness about this topic. Practical part points out possible application of this concept along complex organization analysis. Results of analysis refer to bottlenecks and possible improvements, in terms of sociocybernetics principles and methods.

This bachelor thesis is attending to problems of systematic staff education in companies. The principal aim of work is to analyze particular system of education in concrete company and then introduce some recommendations for improvement the system. The first part involves theoretical knowledge describing important aspects of business education, methods of education in company and focuses on possibility of using information and communication technologies in staff education. The practical part is about analyzing the system of education in particular company and compares description of system of education with practical utilization of system for staff education. In closure are suggested some recommendations to contemporary situation in systematic education in company.
