Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje zefektivnění fungování systémů v malém podniku zaměřeném na gastronomii. Hlavní cílem práce je analýza a následný návrh optimalizace a doporučení k informačnímu, produkčnímu a řídicímu systému v konkrétní organizaci. První částí práce je nutný teoretický základ související s tématem, dále je popis metodiky zpracování práce. Třetí část, praktická, obsahuje obecnou charakteristiku podniku, analýzu současného stavu a dotazníkový výzkum. V poslední části práce je návrh optimalizace a doporučení k potřebným částem vyplývajícím z analýzy a průzkumu. Výsledkem práce je analýza podniku v oblasti objednávkového systému a jejím hlavním přínosem jsou změny provedené v restauraci na základě uvedených doporučení. This bachelor thesis deals with streamlining the functioning of the systems in a small company focused on gastronomy. The main goal of this work is the analysis and subsequent optimization proposal and recommendations to the information, and production and control system in a particular organization. The first part is necessary theoretical basis related to the topic,then there is description of the processing methodology of the work. The third part, practical, contains the general characteristics of the company, analysis of the current situation and questionnaire survey. In the last part there is the optimization proposal and recommendations for needed parts from the analysis and the survey. The result is analysis of the company in order system and its main benefit are changes made in the restaurant on the basis of these recommendations.
