Bakalářská práce se zabývá informačním systémem využitým při procesu prodeje ve střední společnosti prodávající produkty především do zdravotnictví, sociálních služeb či hotelnictví. Cílem práce je analyzovat a následně navrhnout optimalizaci informačního systému využívaného právě pro proces prodeje ve vybrané organizaci, se zaměřením na interní komunikaci oddělení do něj spadajících a spokojenost zákazníků z hlediska komunikace a struktury informací v e-obchodu. Práce se ve své první části věnuje teoretickému základu, který obsahuje vysvětlení jednotlivých pojmů potřebných k porozumění praktického výzkumu. Druhá část shrnuje metody, které slouží ke zpracování analytického úseku praktického výzkumu. Třetí část se zabývá představením podniku a analýzou dotazníkových průzkumů jak ze strany zaměstnanců tak zákazníků a návrhem vhodné optimalizace a tím i zefektivnění informačního systému v rámci procesu prodeje. Bachelor thesis deals with the information system utilized during the sales process in mid-sized company selling products primarily in health, social services and hotel industry. The aim of bachelor thesis is to analyse and propose optimization of information system to be used just at the sales process in an organization, with a focus on internal communication departments, which are the parts of sales process and customer satisfaction in terms of communication and information structure in e-shop. Work is in its first part dealing with the theoretical basis, which includes an explanation of the various concepts needed to understand the practical research. The second section summarizes the methods used to handle the analytical section of practical research. The third part deals with the presentation of the company and analysis of questionnaire surveys from employees and customers. In the end of bachelor thesis, there is suggested an optimization to streamline the information system as part of the sales process.
