It contains short introduction to OpenGL, analyses techniques and procedures to reach required small sized application, from compiler settings, procedural texture and model generation to final compression by exe packer application.

Model of financial flows in the project

Presented dissertation thesis has focused on the project management; its objective has been to achieve set main goal applying used methodology, i.e., to propose a model of management of project financial flows. The pre-requisite of achievement of said main goal has been the primary research undertaken in the monitored area of processing industry, following criteria established in advance. These criteria have been formulated in particular in harmony with the evaluation of current condition of given issue both in the Czech Republic and abroad; furthermore, by interviews made in qualitative research, the verification of which has applied the combination of quantitative and qualitative research, as well as statistical verification of formulated hypotheses. On the basis of such acquired and verified data the model of management of project financial flows has been generated based, among others, on the application of so-called system approach, the pre-requisite of which has been the optimization of managerial approach and decision-making reflected in the process of budget creation in mutual links with three-imperative during project planning.

The study of endoglin expression in normocholesterolemic and hypercholesterolemic mice.

Petr Fiala The study of endoglin expression in normocholesterolemic and hypercholesterolemic mice Diploma thesis Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Pharmacy Background: We studied the changes of expression of endoglin in normocholesterolemic and hypercholesterolemic mice. The changes of endoglin expression were detected in aorta by means of imunohistochemical methods and followed by quantification by Western blot analysis. Methods: We used 8 female normocholesterolemic mice C57BL/6J and 8 female ApoE deficient mice C57BL/6J. ApoE deficient mice were fed during a 8 weeks by chow diet with 1% of cholesterol. Biochemical analysis of blood samples was performed. Then we prepared cuts of aorta with segment of semilunar valve for immunohistochemical analysis. Detection of expression of the endoglin was performed by Avidin- Biotin method (ABC) with detection by DAB. Results: The expression of endoglin was detected only on endothelium of normocholesterolemic mice. The expression of endoglin in apo-E deficent mice was detected on endothelium of atherosclerosis plaque, aortic semilunar valves and also in endothelium with no qtherosclerosis and in capillaries in myocardium. The Economic Aspects of the Long-term Care

The submitted dissertation of the PhD study programme Longevity Studies, Faculty of Humanites, Charles University, Prague was completed as a collection of the author's publications concerning the economic aspects of the long-term care in the Czech Republic. It deals with the contemporary problems on financing the inpatient follow-up care (after-care), long-term care, social care and home care. It is relying on the original data collected from the individual establishments during an on-site surveys and is seeking to bridge the gap caused by a lack of economic information on these types of inpatient care - less visible, but the more important. The first articles (as well as the concomitant text) describe the demography of the population in the Czech Republic and the factors with the main influence/impact on these types of care. It's worth to notice that our people spend more than 9 years in chronic disease in comparsion with the developed EU countries. And more - the tendency is deepening. The further articles bring unique results of an extensive cost analysis. This has been carried out in 61 establishments of the inpatient after-care with the total 8.768 beds in the Czech Republic and in the 72 home care agencies, covering the whole country. Analysis of sweet peppers of different geographical origin

The diploma thesis is focused on the determination of basic nutritional properties of 26 samples of ground pepper from different countries and evaluates, whether the chemical composition of ground pepper is affected by the geographical origin. The amount of 19 nutritional properties were determined by advanced analytical methodes (ICP-OES, HPLC DAD, HPLC ELSD) together with other laboratory techniques. Final results were statistically processed by the methods of analysis of variance (ANOVA), cluster analysis, principal component analysis (PCA) and discriminant analysis (DA). Financing of a Development Project

This bachelor thesis deals with the financing of a specific housing development project in Šlapanice near Brno, the constuction of which is to begin in the spring of 2021. The work is based on current developments in the real estate market, which was affected by the coronavirus epidemic and considers two possibilities of future market development. The first option assumes a return to the normal situation, while the second option envisages a decline in interest in new buildings and a gradual reduction in sales prices in the coming years. The main goal of the work is to design the course of financing in these situations and evaluate the impact on the economic efficiency of the project. The risk analysis and the method of calculating the net present value will significantly serve this purpose. The output is draft recommendations for the real estate developer, according to which he can proceed in further analysis of the situation and decision-making on project construction. For an unbiased reader, the work will serve as a comprehensive insight into the issue of development projects, enriched by solving a non-standard market situation in current events.
