How adolescents feel their future role of a man and a woman in a partnership/marriage in relation to children.
ČERNÁ, Lenka
This bachelor thesis aims to establish how the adolescent young people see their future gender role of a man and woman in their partner/marital relationship, last not least with respect to parental planning and upbringing of children. The thesis consists of two parts. The first, theoretical part describes the adolescent age period as the process of maturation and creating the person´s own identity and outlines the comprehensive transformation of somatic, psychic and social personality. Then the basic concepts of male and female roles, their characteristics and the shaping of roles in the context of family, the mutual communication and its influence on upbringing and formation of children are explained. The parents constitute another important concept of the thesis, since they represent a complementary behaviour model that is essential for a child´s healthy development. Another subject is the marital bond and partner´s joint life. The family as an environment for life, its functions, characteristics and contemporary family types is treated extensively, as are the upbringing of children in family, manners of parenting and parenting mistakes. The second, practical part of the thesis contains a research study relying on quantitative methodology, using a non-standardized questionnaire designed by the author. The research sample was obtained by available selection method and the respondents are residents of Vimperk and its surroundings. The questionnaire was administered electronically. The research population consists of adolescents (boys and girls) aged between 15 and 22 years who live in Vimperk, commute to the town to school or employment or who live in nearby municipalities within approximately 15 km radius. The questionnaire was designed to establish the attitudes of young people, specifically on the respective roles of the woman as mother and of the man as father and on the way they influence their children. This subject was approached from two perspectives. First it was studied how the respondents perceive the role distribution and parenting influence exerted by their parents on them as their children, in their original family. The aim of second perspective was to establish how the respondents themselves imagine their future roles of a man and woman in the family and their future parenting characteristics. Also of interest was which way of living together the young people prefer, what family means to them and whether they consider having children in the future.
Labyrinths - in the role of an instrument developping space and plane orientation of pre-school child

The aim of the thesis is to determine whether the practice of using a graded series of labyrinths affect their final solution, hence the orientation in the plane, check the level of understanding of labyrinths and determine whether the sex of children affect the resulting solution. Thus, the work environment uses of labyrinths to develop a structured orientation in a limited space for pre-school children aged five to six (seven) years. The theoretical part characterizes preschool child and explains the context pre- mathematical literacy and orientation in space/plane with the delegation on labyrinthsurthermore, the labyrinths of focus in terms of historical, semantic and didactic.Furthermore, the labyrinths of focus in terms of historical, semantic and didactic. The practical part describes research which in obtaining information from the set of samples used structured observations and findings to the final results of the comparative analysis. They are discussed in connection with: the needs of the child and their saturation; orientation in space/plane; problem situation; interactions of teachers and children. KEY WORDS Pre-school children, pre-mathematical literacy, space orientation, plane orientation, labyrinths, applied methods and phormes of solution.

Apart from that, I was interested in the fact why abused women have god big difficulties to release from domestic violence. The mission of this thesis is to inform the public of destiny of...
Relatioship of somatic and motor variables to the postural stability in children
Černá, Lenka ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Havel, Zdeněk (referee) ; Suchomel, Aleš (referee)
Subject In professional literature progressive development of postural stability related to the age during the childhood is documented which is characterized by decline of amplitude and speed deviations. The postural stability becomes similar to adults by primary school children, specifically in the age of 7 to 10 (Shumway-Cook, Woollacott, 2001) and children switch to more accurate strategy of postural control. The period of primary school is described as positive for motor development. Performance in this period is most considerably influenced by biogenetic factors which include growth factors as for instance body height, weight and body composition. An appropriate movement routine with an adequate amount and quality of movement activity is important for development of children's organism by primary school children. Objective The aim of this work is to describe the changes of chosen parameters of postural stability which are related to the age and gender of primary school children and to submit to analysis the changes in chosen parameters of postural stability in connection with somatic characteristics, movement abilities and movement activity. Methods The summarizing statistical research took place at a primary school where 154 children (85 boys, 69 girls) in the age of 7 to 11 were tested....
Management Styles
Černá, Lenka ; Mužík, Jaroslav (referee) ; Tureckiová, Michaela (advisor)
The key to success for any corporation lS high-quality managers. Specialised publications frequently distinguish between so called generalists (i.e. generally trained managers) and specialists for a particular type of management (also referred to as 'knowledge managers'). In my opinion, the most important is to look at what different types of managers share (irrespective ofthe position in the management they hold in the company), rather than at what are the differences between them. First, my paper looks at the general pre-requisites necessary to hold management positions. Then I describe the most important management theories as well as management styles which are applied at present in human resources management.
Passportisation views of parents for mandatory vaccinations of children
ČERNÁ, Lenka
The bachelor thesis on "Passportisation of parents´ opinions on compulsory child vaccination" deals with child vaccination itself and subsequently it identifies and mutually compares social context with parents´ opinions and attitudes towards compulsory and non-compulsory vaccination. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. In the theoretical part I deal with theoretical observations of given problem and the practical part is focused straightaway on parents´ individual attitudes towards child vaccination. The goal of this thesis is to find out parents´ of up to 5 year-old´s opinions on the vaccination of older children. I extended my thesis in more goals that were trying to find out the relations between social questions and between supporters and opponents of compulsory and non-compulsory vaccination. To reach the set goals I used a quantitative research method and I picked a questionnaire survey among the parents of children of different ages, to be the method. I have come to that social status is not decisive for the decision of parents during the compulsory and non-compulsory vaccinations. I have found out that almost all parents of children up to the age of five years do agree with a compulsory child vaccination, but an absolute majority was against a non-compulsory vaccination. Almost half of all respondents who had children older than the age of 5 years voted for a compulsory vaccination. An interesting outcome of my research is that respondents who have disagreed with a compulsory vaccination have gained a secondary school diploma. The results have been processed into tables and summed up in a discussions where I compared some of them with similar research results from the years of 2012 and 2015. I included my own opinion within the discussion, as well as a solution proposal for the given problem. In the conclusion I have summed up the whole thesis. The research results may be published in magazines or may serve as an information source for experts, or even as a back-up material for respondents.
Economic comparison of two sections of implementation The Elbe Cycle Path
Černá, Lenka ; Pova, Patrik (advisor) ; Ritter, Jan (referee)
This thesis deals with a comparison of two sections of The Elbe Cycle Path in the Central Region. The whole work is divided into four parts. In the first half of the theoretical part describes cycling as such, explains the basic concepts arising from the topic and parameters that can influence the price of trails. The second half focuses on the approach to Elbe Cycle Route, its history, current status and vision for the future. The practical part describes The Elbe Cycle Route already embedded in the Central Region and the region itself and represents "The Elbe Cycle Route Brandýs nad Labem and in the neighborhood" and "The Cycleway Horní Počaply -- Vliněves -- Zelčín". The final section is devoted to the analysis of cartographic and economic comparison of the above projects. Final comparison shows the effectiveness in the implementation of both projects and highlights their strengths and opportunities and points out the weaknesses and threats that can be an inspiration and a warning to other projects linked to the development of cycling and mountain biking. The added value of this work is the visibility of both projects and communities to come together to be capable of such an important yet very financially demanding projects to implement. It turned out that although the patronage of the way, in terms of cycling, strategic projects assumed by the Central Region, it is fair to make a below average spending.

Influence of different types of slaughter lines for the incidence of pork meat (PSE)
ČERNÁ, Lenka
The main aim of the present thesis was to compare different types of slaughter lines and their influence on the occurence of meat defects with emphasis on PSE defect. The research has been concentrated mainly on the slaughter lines which use the technology of stunning the animals with electricity and concentrated CO2. The research monitors the rate of PSE defect from the slaughter to the cutting of the pig (approximately 48 hours). For considering the difference in quality of the meat the basic identification indicators of both pH1 and the draining of meat were created. Furthermore, we monitored pH24 and pH48, too. Analyzing of the above mentioned indicators shows that stunning with concentrated CO2 is more suitable with regard to the quality of the meat. The average pH1 value was 0,3 (p < 0,001) higher, pH24 value was 0,243 (p < 0,001) higher and the average value of meat juice drainage was 2,16% lower (p < 0,001). The anylysis of the PSEi and PSE quality difference based on pH1 when stunning with the use of concentrated CO2 shows lower frequency of PSEi (7,843% lower) and PSE (1,961% lower). Based on meat juice drainage, PSEi frequency was 23,810% lower and PSE 4,762 % lower.
