Energy audit

The diploma thesis deals with the energy audit of the kindergarten building Špálova in Ostrava, according to order No. 480/2012 Sb. as amended. It is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the project of photovoltaic power plants in the energy audit, the second part analyzes the calculation procedures in the design of energy-saving measures and the third part completes the energy audit according to the requirements of the above-mentioned decree.
Pre-school education and tendence of its development

The thesis deals with the development of pre-school education in the Czech Republic with a focus on the time period of school years 2005/2006 - 2015/2016. This period was chosen because the author's intention was to assess a longer period of time based on data in the CSI Annual Reports. The annual report for the last school year was available at the time of writing. The aim is to identify and evaluate tendencies in pre-school education within a given time frame. The text is divided into several parts, dealing with pre-school education in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part outlines the development of pre-school institutions and the external conditions of pre-school education. It describes the status of individual segments that are part of pre-school education. It brings the analysis of curriculum documents, mentions the current situation in the training of pre-school teachers and gives a tendency in this area. Another area is devoted to view of pre-school education in some European countries. Due to the fact that in the research part the thesis deals with headmasters, there is offered a view of the specifics of performing this function. Competency model of director nursery school

The bachelor thesis deals with the competences of the nursery school director. The aim of this work is to create a proposal of a competency model of the nursery school director. In the theoretical part it defines the concept of competence by means of specialized literature and denotes the competences needed for leading employees. It describes the types of competencies and the origin, types and use of competency models. In the empirical part, based on the analysis of interviews and mind maps of the nursery school director, a proposal for a competency model for the director. The work is intended for future nursery school director who are preparing for bankruptcy proceedings, but it can also be used to identify areas that existing directors of nursery schools and their representatives could or should continue to develop as part of their professional development and as an inspiration for creating a competency model of a nursery school managera.
Musical-pedagogical work of Emil Hradecký and its application in pre-school education

The diploma thesis deals with musical-pedagogical work of Emil Hradecký. The theoretical part is focused on the personality and music creation of Emil Hradecký and briefly characterizes the piano composition. Furthermore, the work focuses on the issues of musical development of a preschool child, describes musical activities and explains the musical-educational process from the Framework Educational Programme for Preschool Education, MŠMT ČR. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey of kindergarten teachers, whose main aim is to find out the teachers' use of the music-pedagogical work of Emil Hradecký in their pedagogical work. The partial goals map the subjective attitudes of kindergarten teachers to the inclusion of musical activities in practice and find out which specific music materials from E. Hradecky these teachers know and how they prefer to work with them. The next aim of the thesis is to design the model situations in which the piano miniatures of Emil Hradecký are used in kindergarten in musical and other aesthetic-educational activities. Logopedic interventions in kindergartens in the foothill of the Orlické Mountains

The diploma thesis is oriented on special education. The main goal is to find out and describe whether and how is speech and language therapy established in regular kindergartens at the foothills of Orlické mountains. The work is divided into five chapters, four of them are theoretical and the fifth chapter is a practical one. The first chapter is focused on the way how the preschool education is organised in the Czech Republic. It describes the legislation system, clarifies the system of curricular documents established in our republic and mainly the framework educational program for preschool education. The second chapter describes the preschool-child ontogenesis including all aspects of his/her personality and it also depicts the child-speech ontogenesis. The third chapter is focused on the main types of impaired communication ability of preschool children. The fourth chapter is focused on the speech therapy intervention provided in the Czech Republic. Teaching assistant and his application in preschool

Diploma thesis "Teaching assistant and his application in preschool" discusses the profession of a teaching assistant, his work in educating not only children with special educational needs, but also children without special educational needs and his collaboration with other educators. It deals with everything that an assistant should do and it also provides a summary of opinions and practical experiences of teaching assistants. The thesis is divided into theoretical part and empirical part. Theoretical part consists of five chapters and research part consists of four chapters. The first chapter defines the concept of a teaching assistant, the second chapter points out the differences between personal assistant, teaching assistant and school assistant. The third chapter is dedicated to the importance of a teaching assistant in inclusive education and the fourth chapter deals with cooperation between teachers and teaching assistants.
