The objective of this work is to explore the perspectives of pedagogues on the concept of free time with empathy, particularly focusing on their views regarding empathetic behaviour towards older school-age children during extracurricular activities within their professional domain. Additionally, the research aims to investigate the impact of empathetic behaviour on older school-aged children during extracurricular activities, as perceived by pedagogues, and to identify potential challenges they may encounter in their practice. Parent efectiveness training from the parents point of view
VACUŠKOVÁ, Simona
The bachelor thesis deals with Parent Effectiveness Training through the eyes of mothers who have participated the corresponding course. The main objective is to map the utilization of knowledge and skills acquired by participants in the Parent Effectiveness Training (P.E.T.) courses in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part focuses on parenting, its goals, educational tools, and parenting styles. The ideals and trends of modern parenting in the Czech Republic are described. Attention is given to Parent Efectiveness training, including the roots of the approach, an outline of its history, and an explanation of its basic principles. In the practical part, realized qualitative research is described. The research sample was compiled through voluntary selection with two predetermined criteria: the respondent had to be a parent and a graduate of the Parent Effectiveness Training (P.E.T.) course in the Czech Republic. Four mothers volunteered, with whom interviews were conducted starting with an in-depth question: "What did Parent Effectiveness Training bring to you?" The results are presented in individual case studies, followed by a collective analysis of each interview. The results indicate that mothers consider the Parent Effectiveness Training (P.E.T.) course to be universally applicable. They mention benefits of P.E.T. for themselves and their parenting, including working with mistakes - normalizing them and making subsequent changes in their experience (less blaming, more self-confidence, calming down), transitioning from the ideal image of motherhood to a realistic concept of the parenting role, gaining a new perspective, awareness of their own needs, improvement of communication with children through active listening, objective description of situations, expressing their emotions, and asserting their needs through the use of the "I-statement". The approach also positively reflects in partner communication. Respondents also appreciate the model situations in the course, sharing among participants, and the newly formed friendships.

Jana Šindelová ANNOTATION: Clothing as a means of communication in the environment is a topic that permeates the entire bachelor thesis. A flashback reveals a side of clothes in the context of socio-political and social-cultural events, rather than describing the evolution of its particulars. In the twentieth century it watches street fashion as a social identity and protest against the current establishment. The relevant parts of the work alludes to the arts and clothing in the sense of mutual inspiration. It especially describes clothes ot the Czech society in 1848, when its form has played a vital role in the national identification. Last chapter records the role of folk costumes as a means of communication in the society. The following practical part includes my personal reflections from the point of view of the teacher of vocational subjects at the vocational school for fashion designs. It analyzes the activities related to the topic. The aim of the last part is a method of semi-structured dialogue to find out...
