Kalibrace vertikálního délkoměru Mahr Precimar DGV 100
PEKÁREK, Ondřej
The aim of this work is commissioning and revitalization of Mahr Precimar DGV 100 device. It is used to calculate length measurement in vertical direction (range: 0-101,6mm, resolution 10-4 mm) and for the calibration of dial indicators. It also enables other types of measurement e.g. pressure force. The device hasn't been used for many years, and noone can currently work with it in the measuring laboratory. The aim of this work is a complete revitalization of this long term unused device, its calibration, execution of a test measurement and repeated integration into the measuring procedures.

SYNTHESIS AND DETERMINATION OF PROPERTIES OF PURE PHASES OF PORTLAND CLINKER AND THEIR POLYMORPHS
Ravaszová, Simona ; Keppert, Martin (referee) ; Reitermann, Pavel (referee) ; Palou, Martin (referee) ; Dvořák, Karel (advisor)
Quantitative diffraction analysis is currently carried out through Rietveld analysis, which is able to decode the various diffraction lines on a diffraction record, provided that the structural model for each clinker phase is well known. The subject of this dissertation is the laboratory preparation of pure phases of one triclinic and two monoclinic polymorphs of the main clinker mineral alite, which will serve as standards for the calibration of powder X-ray diffraction analysis. The result of this work will be detailed procedures for the preparation of individual polymorphs of alite and calibration relationships for unambiguous and easier identification of monoclinic polymorphs in real clinkers.
Determination of device geometrical misalignments influence on dimensional measurements in X-ray microcomputed tomography
Internal combustion engine control in the LabView environment
Adamec, Vojtěch ; Kučera, Pavel (referee) ; Svída, David (advisor)
This thesis deals with the control of a diesel internal combustion engine. The aim of the thesis was to make a methods overview of diesel internal combustion engines control, to develop an algorithm for a six-cylinder diesel engine control and then to program it in the LabView environment. The thesis also describes the calibration of sensors and engine control unit. The algorithm was tested using a programmed signal generator and an oscilloscope.
Assessment of pressure conditions in the water supply network of the village Poličná
Zuzaňák, René ; Libosvár, Dušan (referee) ; Ručka, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is devoted to the hydraulic analysis of the water supply network in the municipality of Poličná, Vsetín district. The introductory part of the thesis is devoted to the theory of mathematical modelling of the water supply network. A quasi-dynamic hydraulic model of the entire water supply network was created to determine the pressure conditions of the water supply network and then calibrated and verified based on the pressure measurements on the water supply network. The characteristic operating conditions of the water supply network were reflected in the simulation model of EPANET 2.2. Following the existing scale and type of development given by the current zoning plan of the municipality of Poličná, the pressure conditions on the water supply network of the municipality of Poličná were assessed using the results of the hydraulic analysis. The thesis includes proposed measures to optimize the pressure conditions for the prospective scale of development.
Calibration and evaluation of data from strain gauges
Dubina, Jozef ; Mačák, Martin (referee) ; Vyroubal, Petr (advisor)
This thesis describes calibration and evaluation of data measured from tensometric sensors. The labour describes tensometers in general, their functions, aplications and principle of operation. Loading data from tensometric sensors is next part of this labour, where are information how to convert analog to digital signal output, which is ready for processing and shows real values. After signal is converted to digital signal, is needed to calibrate tensometers to receive high precission values of weight according to reference load. Thesis describes choices of electronic and mechanical components for building digital scale. Software developing for this electronic equipment is described in next part of thesis.
Spectral Analysis in Microscopy
Sýs, Michal ; Procházková, Jana (referee) ; Štarha, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of this work is to develop a mathematical apparatus for the accurate description of the colour of objects in a microscope image. This problem is solved by extracting the brightness intensities of pollen grains at fourteen wavelength bands and representing them in color space. The developed apparatus has been successfully applied to two series of images, allowing comparison of the color of individual objects and simplifying its description. The results obtained allow accurate investigation of the colour of objects in the image and form a simple tool for spectral analysis.
CFD software calibration
Gego, Tomáš ; Zima, Martin (referee) ; Popela, Robert (advisor)
The objective of this thesis was to calibrate a CFD software for use on a Formula Student race car. The calibration is performed by comparing the experimental data from the measurement of a single element wing in a wind tunnel with the same case replicated in a CFD software, for which the optimization of settings of the meshing and solver is performed. The result is an evaluation of deviations of CFD by assessing aerodynamic characteristics such as downforce, drag, pressure distribution, separation and wake in freestream and ground effect. The results are processed into a graphical and text form for future use in the design of aerodynamic components.
