New town hall for the district Brno-North
Janoušek, Martin ; Nový, Alois (referee) ; Nový, Vítězslav (advisor)
The task of the diploma work was to design a city hall for Brno-North. It is situated in the area of the Blackfields barracks for which I've made urban design in last semester. The concept of the design is based on the simple idea of two patios - one green court surrounded by offices of various official unions for which it serves as an element of calmness and clear communication in the workplace. Second 'patio' is its spatial counterpoint, a large hall where all the significant ongoing negotiations are hold. In short, a relationship of execution and decision. Interiors offer plenty of meeting and communication spaces, meeting rooms, all united by the space at the south side of the building, which opens gradually on each floor offering an overview across the whole space. The mass of the building itself is compact on the outside, long (southern) facade is facing the square. The external appearance of the building is articulated within the construction module and reflects inner spaces. While the facade of the administrative part of the building reflects more the system and repetition, southern facade uses more open and subtle expression.
Video Editor of Sport Recordings
Janoušek, Martin ; Juránek, Roman (referee) ; Láník, Aleš (advisor)
This thesis deals with creating of video editor for mobile devices running on Android operating system. It is introduced Android operating system and other technology used, including the Ing. Tomas Slavotinek's library, which is used for video processing. The application is also able to process data from GPS and other sensors. The output projects are stored in SQLite database automatically and is the ability to export them to video files.
Dynamic Analyzers for SearchBestie Platform
Janoušek, Martin ; Češka, Milan (referee) ; Smrčka, Aleš (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the design and implementation of dynamic analyzer of parametrized contracts . In the first part of the thesis , the problematics of testing of parallel programs are discussed and issues when dealing with parallelism are described . Further , methods how to reveal concurrency bugs via dynamic analysis are described , in particular FastTrack and Contract validator. The second part of the thesis proposes an extension for RoadRunner framework and SearchBestie platform for contract validator with parameters.
Multi-storey building
Janoušek, Martin ; Buchta, Stanislav (referee) ; Buchta, Stanislav (referee) ; Sýkora, Karel (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with design of the timber structure four-storey building. Plan dimensions of the hall are 20 x 30 m. The structure is designed for the Třebíč. The structure is designed as a heavy timber frame. The axial distance of arches is 5 m. The timber structure is placed between the reinforced concrete towers.
LABORARTORY BRNO
Janoušek, Martin ; Hybská, Bohumila (referee) ; Nový, Vítězslav (advisor)
Subject of project is urban and architectural design of object on Circuit in Brno, at eastern corner of the intersection of the Koliště street and Milady Horákové street. Designed building follows existing structures and reacts on Kpt. Jaroše street. The mass is cut out which creates public space in front of building. Entrance from north leads visitors into central foyer with reception and bar. There is also temporary exhibitions gallery. 2nd to 5th floor is designed for creative workshops, studios and ateliers. Central hall is social and exhibitional place to discuss and communicate and for exhibiton of artworks. In the last floor is elevated space containing great gallery.
Load bearing structure of a tennis hall
Janoušek, Martin ; Šmak, Milan (referee) ; Sýkora, Karel (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with design of the timber structure tennis hall. Plan dimensions of the hall are 56,4 x 48 m. In the highest point, height of the hall is 14,65 m. The structure is designed for the Třebíč. It is a three-hinged arch of glued lamineted timber. The axial distance of arches is 4 m. Arches are connected by purlins. Purlins are designed as simple beams. Articulated connection is made by pivotal connections.
The synthesis of substituted pyridines employing gold(I) catalyst
Janoušek, Martin ; Špulák, Marcel (advisor) ; Kuneš, Jiří (referee)
Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Inorganic and Organic Chemistry Candidate: Martin Janoušek Supervisor: PharmDr. Marcel Špulák, Ph.D. Title of thesis: The synthesis of substituted pyridines employing gold(I) catalyst This work is focused on the preparation of 3,4-disubstituted pyridine derivatives. MBS- protected propargylamine and MS-protected 1-ethynylcyklohexylamine provide with methyl propiolate to form appropriate 1,5-enyne, which undergoes Sonogashira coupling with various aryl iodides. Substituted enyne is subjected to cyclization yielding appropriate tetrahydropyridine in the presence of catalyst tris(2-furyl)phosphinegold(I) chloride. Derivate substituted by pentamethylen-1,5-diyl didn't cyclize. Deprotection leads to the preparation of substituted pyridines, which could serve as an intermediates in organic synthesis or potentially with biological activity. Keywords: gold catalysis, enyne cyclization, pyridine derivatives
The protection of the injured person and the victim in the criminal proceedings
Janoušek, Martin ; Jelínek, Jiří (advisor) ; Vokoun, Rudolf (referee)
THE PROTECTION OF THE INJURED PERSON AND THE VICTIM IN THE CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS - ABSTRACT The content of this thesis is a definition of the term "injured person" in the sense of procedural party of the criminal proceedings and of the term "victim of the criminal act" in the sense of subject that is being defined by other legislation than by the Criminal Procedure Code. In the introductory chapter of this thesis the reader will be learnt the status of the injured person in the criminal proceedings (not only) in our country from the historical perspective. Thereafter he/she will be clarified the term "injured person" and simultaneously will be learnt a catalog of permissions the injured person is being granted by the Criminal Procedure Code. Separate chapter is devoted to the victim of the criminal act. In this chapter the reader will be learnt in particular international documents and regulations of the European Union which are being devoted to this term whereas a part of this chapter is also devoted to the existing legislation in the Czech Republic. In this thesis is also possible to learn, at least in general, legislation in neighboring countries. In conclusion the thesis is guided by considerations on possible future changes in legislation concerning the status of the injured person and the victim.

The thesis is composed of seven chapters. The first chapter consists of two subchapters and describes the constitutional character of the Holy Roman Empire of German Nation at the end of the 18th century and the constitutional nature of its territories. The second chapter is subdivided into five subchapters analysing the development that followed the outbreak of the French revolution, the consequences of the Final Recess of the Imperial Deputation, the downfall of the Holy Roman Empire of German Nation, the Confederation of the Rhine and the constitutionally significant reforms in Prussia at the beginning of the 19th century. Chapter three consists of two large parts. Part one analyses the constitution and institutions of the German Confederation and the way it influenced the constitutions of its member states. One subpart is also concerned with the repressive laws the German Confederation enacted in order to supress the German national and liberal movement. Second part of chapter three is concerned with some liberal...
