Resumé Německý ústavní vývoj 19. století Diplomová práce se zabývá německým ústavním vývojem 19. století. Jejím cílem je představit vývoj ústavního zřízení a ústavních institucí německých zemí a popsat ústavní základy sjednocení německých zemí v 19. století. Práce se člení do sedmi kapitol. V první kapitole je ve dvou podkapitolách stručně popsáno ústavní zřízení Svaté říše římské národa německého na konci 18. století a ústavní zřízení v jejích teritoriích, které bylo výchozím stavem pro další vývoj. Druhá kapitola se člení na pět podkapitol, v nichž je pozornost věnována událostem, které následovaly v důsledku vypuknutí francouzské revoluce, Závěrečnému usnesení říšské deputace, zániku Svaté říše římské, ústavní charakteristice Rýnského spolku a z hlediska ústavního vývoje významným reformám, které proběhly v Prusku na počátku 19. století. Třetí kapitola se skládá ze dvou rozsáhlejších částí. V první části je popisováno ústavní zřízení Německého spolku, jeho instituce, způsob, jakým ovlivňoval ústavní zřízení německých zemí a represivní právní předpisy, které přijímal v reakci na sílící národně liberální hnutí. Druhá část třetí kapitoly je naopak věnována liberálním tendencím v ústavním vývoji první poloviny 19. století. Stručně je v ní zmíněna hambašská slavnost, která měla význam pro šířící se národně... German constitutional development in the 19th century The purpose of my thesis is to analyse the development of the constitutional arrangements and the constitutional institutions of German states and describe the constitutional foundations of the German unification in the 19th century. The thesis is composed of seven chapters. The first chapter consists of two subchapters and describes the constitutional character of the Holy Roman Empire of German Nation at the end of the 18th century and the constitutional nature of its territories. The second chapter is subdivided into five subchapters analysing the development that followed the outbreak of the French revolution, the consequences of the Final Recess of the Imperial Deputation, the downfall of the Holy Roman Empire of German Nation, the Confederation of the Rhine and the constitutionally significant reforms in Prussia at the beginning of the 19th century. Chapter three consists of two large parts. Part one analyses the constitution and institutions of the German Confederation and the way it influenced the constitutions of its member states. One subpart is also concerned with the repressive laws the German Confederation enacted in order to supress the German national and liberal movement.
