Diplomová práca, ktorú držíte v rukách, sa zaoberá návrhom elektrického generátoru pre modely lietadiel na diaľkové ovládanie poháňané spaľovacím motorom. Takýmto modelom je dodávaná energia pomocou batérií, ktoré sa musia po vybití vymieňať. Motiváciou tejto práce bolo potlačiť potrebu pristávania za účelom dobíjania batériových paketov. Práca vyvíja niekoľko analýz a simulačných modelov pre riešenie tohto problému.

Design of dressing spindle

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a dressing spindle for a centerless grinding machine. It contains a brief description of dressing technology and also the specific requirements for grinding wheel dressing of centerless grinders. Three variants of the spindle are developed and the final variant is selected using a multi-criteria method, which is structurally processed including all necessary calculations. The work also includes a 3D model and drawing documentation.

The motivation of this thesis was an interest in remote control of robotic mechanisms by voice and a research of speech signal processing. It is widely developed these days. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first one is concerned with summarizing of recognition knowledge, in the second one this knowledge is used in design of a system.

Analysis of Chemistry tests used in the admission procedure at the Faculty of Science, Charles University

This thesis focuses on the prediction of academic success and item analysis of chemistry knowledge tests used in the admission procedure at the Faculty of Science, Charles University between 2016 and 2019. The first part of the thesis focuses on the possibilities of academic success prediction (earning a bachelor's degree within 4 years) based on various factors: (i) success rate in the admission procedure, (ii) study index (modified average of marks), (iii) success rate in each part of admission procedure, (iv) passing exams in selected mandatory subjects for students of Chemistry study programme, eventually (v) based on obtained marks in selected subjects (as in (iv)). Furthermore, a prediction of entering Year 2 was also completed for three of these factors (i, iii and iv). The sample consists of 1,780 applicants for Chemistry study programmes. The results of the analysis proved a medium effect on success in the admission procedure on entering Year 2 (d = 0.52) and a large effect on academic success (d = 0.67). By additional comparison of predictive ability of knowledge tests (Maths, Biology, Chemistry) we proved that the Chemistry test has a greater prediction ability compared to the others - low effect on entering Year (d = 0.22), but medium on academic success (d = 0.40). Title: Plan how to support marketing activities development in boat rental in Znojmo. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to analyze (including SWOT analysis) the marketing activities of the company Půjčovna lodí Dyje in Znojmo. On the basis of these findings to propose a plan for their development. The next task is to establish support activities and complementary activities to contribute positively to the promotion of rentals not only in Znojmo but also in the region South Moravia. The result of the work would be a proposal for specific technical and creative steps to complement existing but also new marketing activities of the 2018 period. Methods: Information and data were based of the documents and information provided directly by the company Půjčovna lodí Dyje. They were subsequently used in analyzing the marketing environment, where the organization is located. After identifying the weaknesses and strengths that were subsequently highlighted in the promotion, will be build a SWOT analysis of the company. Perspectives of organizing a winter lacrosse tournament

Title: Perspectives of lacrosse tournament organisation Objectives: The main objective is analysis of the previous editions of the tournament organised by SK Lacrosse Jižní Město, and coming up with suggestions on how to improve it in the following years. Methods: Case Study is a method used for conducting the survey. Data is collected through documents analysis and semi-structured interviews. Based on the collected data, analysis of the internal environment is carried out. Results: Winter lax cup is a well organised event for it's size with a potential to grow and annual profit. His biggest virtue is the modern sport hall where the tournament takes place. However his weak factor is small support of the event from sponsors. The biggest danger for the tournament organisation is taking over the hall by floorball teams. Methodololy of trampoline training

Title: Methodology of training trampoline jumps Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to create a methodical support for practicing basic jumps on the trampoline on the basis of controlled interviews with leading Czech experts. Methods: To meet the set goal, we used controlled interviews with selected trainer jumps on the trampoline. The results were confronted with professional literature. The methodical material created was written and written in HD quality. The selection of the respondents as well as the probands who participated in the creation of the visual documentation was deliberate. Results: The outputs include the results of the interviews and the text and image part of the methodology. The result of the video is a 15 - minute video that captures individual elements, from simpler ones, such as direct jumps to more challenging ones, such as salt and screw rotation.
