Název: Perspektivy pořádání Zimního lakrosového turnaje Cíle: Hlavní cíl je analýza předchozích ročníků Zimního turnaje pořádaného SK Lacrosse Jižní Město a předložení návrhů pro zlepšení v příštích ročnících. Metody: Výzkum je prováděn pomocí případové studie. Data byla získána na základě analýzy dokumentů a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Ze získaných dat je zpracována analýza vnitřního prostředí. Výsledky: Zimní turnaj je na svou velikost kvalitně uspořádanou sportovní událostí s růstovým potenciálem a každoročním ziskem. Jeho největší předností je moderní sportovní hala, ve které se akce odehrává, naopak slabým faktorem je malá podpora turnaje ze strany sponzorů. Největší problém pro organizaci turnaje je zabrání haly florbalovými týmy. Methods: Case Study is a method used for conducting the survey. Data is collected through documents analysis and semi-structured interviews. Based on the collected data, analysis of the internal environment is carried out. Results: Winter lax cup is a well organised event for it's size with a potential to grow and annual profit. His biggest virtue is the modern sport hall where the tournament takes place. However his weak factor is small support of the event from sponsors. The biggest danger for the tournament organisation is taking over the hall by floorball teams.
