The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first section examines the factual information concerning the Czech National Quality Award. It describes its history from the beginnings to these days. The second part provides the reflection on the impact of the Award on the winning organization, on its employees, and its position in the Czech and international markets.

The theme of this bachelor thesis is searching for and solving the problems connected with creation of application for analyzing tolls for telecommunication services and its realization. Furthermore, usable technologies, design of a web interface and the database are also discussed. Besides this, the bachelor thesis contains designed algorithm for comparing cell phone plans among one and/or more mobile providers. Screenshots from created application are also included in this document.

The bachelor thesis is focused on comparison of activ managed funds of collective investment with index funds. The first part defines notion of collective investment, its subjects, advantages and disadvantages. Second part analyses current situation of collective investment in the Czech republic and it compares open-end-fund with ETF. Thesis contains results of comparison of specific criteria and it helps to enlarge information about new possibilities of investment.

Possibilities of value analysis utilization by selection of mortgage lender

The aim of this master’s thesis is to find the best type of mortgage loan for several kinds of borrowers. The first part describes personal housing financing, use of loans, use of mortgages in general. At the end of this theoretical part the value analysis is explained as a tool for mortgage lender (or the type of mortgage loan) selection and the way of reaching this goal is defined. Second part is a practical example of how to make decision and find the best choice. It selects the most important criteria and real cash flow is simulated to asset the price of each possibility. Using the discrimination method and efficiency rate the possibilities are ranked. Results are commented on and recommendations are set to every type of client. In conclusion, general method for selection before getting a mortgage is proposed.

Customer Satisfaction Analysis and Improvements

The diploma thesis is focused on customer satisfaction analysis and proposals to increase its level for Provident Financial s.r.o., which has been offering purposeless cash and non-cash loans in the Czech Republic since 1997. The theoretical part describes the issue of marketing research. The practical part is an analysis of the results of a marketing survey conducted on future and existing customers of Provi-dent Financial s.r.o. On the basis of this information, measures are proposed to in-crease customer satisfaction and bring higher sales to the company.

This bachelor‘s thesis is written in the form of literature search. The aim of the bachelor‘s thesis is familiar with the concept of the „Czech National Award for Quality“ and the impact it has on organizations and on society itself. The thesis is divided into several parts, the first is dealing with the actual development of the Czech National Award for Quality to approach the concept of quality. Further are described main features, system of functioning award and institutional arrangements. In the last chapter various models are discussed for both the business and the public sector. In conclusion the influence of Award in the Czech Republic is evaluated.

Suggestion of the Own Housing Financing

This thesis focuses on the possibilities of financing homeowners in the Czech Republic. It specifically analyzes use of mortgage loans and home building savings. It also accounts for the possibility of rental housing, which can help resolve the current need in the housing market. One of the modeled options analyzed in this thesis is a gradual low cost construction of one's own resources, self-help or reconstruction.

Aspekty elektromobility v podmínkách evropského trhu

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of electric vehicles in Europe. In the practical part, the closer attention was focused on the level of use of electric vehicles in comparison with cars with internal combustion engines. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the issue of the development of charging points infrastructure along with the number of newly registered EVs. The price development of specific vehicles in relation to the demand for these vehicles has not been neglected. Finally, proposals are outlined that can lead to an increase in the availability and use of electric vehicles.
