Legal and property situation of a state enterprise
Růžička, Jan ; Zahradníčková, Marie (advisor) ; Eichlerová, Kateřina (referee)
1 Legal and property situation of a state enterprise Abstract This thesis focuses on the evaluation of the current legislation of a state-owned enterprise in the Czech Republic, especially in the light of the last amendment of the State-owned Enterprise Act, which is effective from 1st January 2017. The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe the valid legislation and also to evaluate the context with other legal regulations and finally to consider the need to preserve the unique legal form of the state-owned enterprise for the future. This diploma thesis is divided into the five chapters. The first chapter contains the brief characteristics of a state-owned enterprise and the definition of the basic concepts. The second chapter describes the historical development of the legal regulations of enterprises managing the state property from the establishment of Czechoslovakia until the year 1997, since when is effective the current State-owned enterprise Act. The third chapter, in four subchapters, analyzes the valid and effective legal regulations of the state-owned enterprise. The first subchapter is devoted to the company bodies of state-owned enterprises, the second to the subject of business and a purpose for which are the state-owned enterprises formed. The third subchapter is devoted to the...
Dead vertebrate bodies - factor of the soil environment
Jourová, Barbora ; Smrž, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Růžička, Jan (referee)
Microhabitats are a very interesting phenomenon in nature. They can be studied on many levels. Nevertheless, their common characteristic is the fact, that they create a unique community of organisms that are very different from the surroundings. One of the most interesting types of microhabitat is the dead body of a large vertebrate. Oasis of nutrients is formed on the small area on, beneath and around the body. It provides a space for living to many thousands of animals, mainly from phylum Arthropoda. The dead body is also an unpredictable factor. That is why many animals, mainly from order Diptera, specialized their life strategy on seeking of those dead bodies. The reaction of soil community on the decomposing body is fascinating, but it received in Czech republic a very little attention among scientists. Many body fluids are released into the soil beneath the body, and those fluids change pH in the soil that causes substantial changes in the composition of the soil community. This work is focused on the decomposition of pig carcass (Sus domestica). It captures all the stages of decomposition from the fresh body to skeletal remains. Furthermore, the change of soil mite community is described here. Mites were chosen because of their high species diversity and large abundance in soil. In this...

Růžička, Jan ; Kotek, arch Jakub (referee) ; Odvárka, Antonín (advisor)
Master thesis elaborates architectural study of football stadium for FC Zbrojovka Brno, which base is urban study of the Sport Centre behind Lužánky. Football stadium creates a main dominant of the area. The proposal satisfies requirements by ČMFS and UEFA's major league stadium 3rd category with some elements of the Elite category. The architectural expression of the football stadium and its volume solution is based on the morphology of sports buildings. Based on the shape of the auditorium. Individual sides of the auditorium are curved and connected by a quarter-circle corner. Arena auditorum arrangement enhances not only the audience but the gaming experience too. The external appearance of the stadium is due to the support structure of the roofing that creates division of the fasade which is filled by ETFE foil with reinforcements of glass fiber fabric. The capacity of the football stadion is designed for a total of 15 000 spectators. Of these, 160 seats are reserved for spectators whit impaired mobility and orientation and accompaniment and 340 VIP seats. The rest is devided into two grandstand, lower one has 8 200 seats, upper one 6 300 seats.
Dissintegration and Search for order. Two basic variables in Shia islam political philosophy
Růžička, Jan ; Barša, Pavel (advisor) ; Slačálek, Ondřej (referee) ; Franěk, Jakub (referee)
"Dissintegration and Search for Order" Two basic variables in Shia Islam political philosophy abstract The aim of the thesis is to classify the form of political leadership and domination in Shia islam's political ideology, their development and ability to succeed in political reality. I especially focus on the Shia understanding of political power and its connection to infallible Imam as secular and religious leader of the Shia community. For analysis of the concepts I use the description of early Islam, including the Shia reasons for the dissolution of Muslim ummah, as well as the reasons that led to the multiple division of Shiism. I analyse specific examples of ideological break up of the Shia community (Ithnasharia, Isma'ila, Hashashins, Alawi, Duryz and modern Islamic Republic of Iran) and finally cardinal reformulation of understanding of political leadership and domination by Ayatollah Khomeini. His concept Wilāyat al-faqīh (Guardianship of the jurist) started the era of radical transformation of the Shia political ideology, although he wanted only to modernize it and not to establish a brand new set up. My aspiration is therefore to analyze whether era of multiple dissolutions of political order will still continue or whether concept of Wilāyat al-faqīh can represent final step to end "period of...
Succession of insect communities inhabiting carcasses of small vertebrates, with emphasis on the beetles
Kadlec, Jakub ; Šípek, Petr (advisor) ; Růžička, Jan (referee)
This master thesis deals with succession and succession mechanisms of beetles (Coleoptera) on carrions of small vertebrates. As a model sample of small carrion a small mouse of weight 20 grams was chosen. In 2014 two experiments occurred. The first one studied the succession of a beetle community in dependence on seasonality and time of death of the sample. The second experiment was aimed to survey the blocking effect of an early insect succession on the final beetle community composition on carrions. It turned out, that during decomposition of the carrion the overall amount of beetles raised equally to the guild of necrophagous beetles. Change of the species spectrum during succession was not statistically confirmed. On the other hand, the effect of seasonality was clear as during the season the abundance and the amount of species increased. The proportion of trophic guilds changed significantly, necrophagous beetles were the most dominant part of the community towards the end of the season. Equally, the taxonomic composition of the community also changed during the season. The seasonal dynamics of carrion beetles was clear; Nicrophorus vespillo (Linnaeus, 1758) and N. investigator Zetterstedt, 1824 showed their peaks in spring and summer while N. humator (Gleditsch, 1767) and N. vespilloides...
Variation in dragonfly wing venation with application of geometric morphometrics (Insecta: Odonata)
Přibylová, Petra ; Prokop, Jakub (advisor) ; Růžička, Jan (referee)
The pattern of wing venation in dragonflies (Odonata) bears a set of characters commonly used in systematics. The aim of this thesis is to identify the wing venation variability of dragonflies by various methods of geometric morphometric. The wing venation variability was examined on the level of suborder, family, species and also in respect to dimorphism through the principal component analysis (PCA), redundancy analysis (RDA) and centroid size. Data set consisting of images of 46 dragonfly species, belonging to 43 genera and 24 families was obtained from institutional entomological collections. The research carried out that Zygoptera have a large variety of wing contours. The wing venation variability of Epiprocta is shown primarily in the costa and node area. Between sexes there is no noticeable difference in shape or structure of the wing. The ratio between wing length and width and the pterostigma shape is dependent on dragonfly body size. Key words: Odonatoptera, Odonata, Epiprocta, Zygoptera, wing venation, variability, geometric morphometrics
Beetles on carrion: life strategies and ecological classification
Kadlec, Jakub ; Šípek, Petr (advisor) ; Růžička, Jan (referee)
This work summarizes available information about beetle communities on carrions, their life strategy and ecology classification. Necrobiotic beetles are very important part of the decomposition process and the return of organic mass to the life cycle. We can classify decomposition by several criterions, most commonly by the overall appearance of the carrion and by the species of present insect. Conclusions are different depending on authors. Process of decomposition of carrion is affected by the readiness of access for different species of insect. Insect succession depends on many factors, some factors increase the process and others decrease it. The interrelationships between different colonizators of carrion are very important, this relationship is described by three models of classic success ecology. Necrobiotic insect has specific adaptations for the life on carrion. For this thesis, we have chosen 13 families, which are often discussed in publications. The rest of 190 necrobiotic genuses from 34 families is listed in this thesis with their characteristic ecology.
Fylogeography and intraspecific variability of the cetoniid beetle Potosia Cuprea
Fuchsová, Aneta ; Šípek, Petr (advisor) ; Růžička, Jan (referee)
The presented thesis deals with the intraspecific variability of flower beetles species complex Potosia cuprea (Fabricius, 1795), which is a complex of taxa at the species and subspecies level. Flower beetles from species complex Potosia cuprea are among the most variable Palaearctic Cetoniinae at all. Taxa included in the complex produces chromatic range varieties which were, and still are, perceived differently by different authors. Taxa included in the analyses come primarily from western Palaearctic region, with the main emphasis on European species and subspecies. The aim of this work is the use of molecular genetics methods to verify the justification of their species or subspecies level. At all, there were obtained sequences for two mitochondrial genes (cytochrome b and cytochrome oxidase I) from 14 taxa species complex Potosia cuprea and three related species P. angustata (Germar, 1817), P. fieberi (Kraatz, 1931) and P. marginicollis (Ballion, 1870). Molecular analyzes based on COI dataset and concatenate of CytB and COI revealed the existence of a "European" clade P. cuprea, which includes subspecies: Potosia cuprea bourgini (Ruter, 1967), P. c. brancoi (Barraud, 1992), P. c. cuprea (Fabricius, 1775), P. c. metallica (Herbst, 1790) a P. c. obscura (Mikšić, 1954), to which also fit two...
