This bachelor’s thesis deals with the creation of a comprehensive SCADA systemWinCC flexible development environment. Process kontrol is ensured by the PLC S7 – 300 Communication between the PLC andthe PLC and SCADA system is secured by an industrial Ethernet. The nodes of the technological proces is realized through physical models. The models perform simple actions. The model of balls calculates balls in the cylinder and you fall off the box. The model dril is able to pierce the workpieces in two sizes. Model of sorting belt classifies material by size. Each model uses for its management of a PLC. Control of each models is made from the controls in the models keys or the numerical rotary adjusters.
