Implementace biopotravin a lokálních potravin do společného stravování
Various efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions are increasingly being seen around the world. Agriculture and the food sector contribute to greenhouse gas emissions, and therefore it is necessary to introduce measures aimed at their mitigation. Organic food and short supply chains are associated with lower environmen-tal impacts, and school canteens offer great scope for mitigating climate change just by implementing these measures. An often-mentioned problem is the higher financial costs of buying organic or locally produced food. This work shows that, in the case of choosing the right ingredients and involving the right logistics, the fi-nancial costs for one portion do not have to exceed 1.5 % of the price increase. The work also shows that the implementation of organic food is not necessarily as key to mitigating climate change as the implementation of local food. To apply these results to other cases, research focused on specific canteens and their possibilities for the supply of local food is necessary.

The bachelor thesis deals with an evaluation of a questionnaire survey of the marketing environment of the Solnice Restaurant in České Budějovice. Subsequently, a SWOT analysis is conducted to determine the restaurant's position in the market. Analysis of the Real Estate Market in the Selected Location

This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the real estate market with apartments in the city of Brno in the given period of time in 2022 and 2023. First of all, it defines the basic concepts terms related to this issue. Subsequently, it briefly presents the environment in the form of the basic characteristics of the city of Brno and a brief introduction to the market and its development. It establishes criteria and divides them into two basic groups – main and minor. Based on these criteria, it then evaluates their influence on the unit price of the apartment for individual years. In the last part, it compares the two evaluated years in terms of the influence of the criteria and in terms of price. And last but not least, it advises future apartment buyers on what parameters to focus on when choosing an apartment.
Analysis of the Development of Prices of Construction Projects and Materials in the Territory of the Slovak Republic

This unpredictable and unstable development has also affected the construction industry, not only in the territory of the Slovak Republic, but all over the world. This unexpected development of the market, which has caused an increase in the prices of building materials and construction work, has also caused complications, and the slowing down and subsequent extension of construction time. The relevant authorities have tried to compensate for the impact by implementing certain remedial measures.

This bachelor thesis deals with the czech real estate market analysis, especially with real estates in South Moravian region. Theoretical part describe markets with residential property, specially flats in the south moravian region. In theoretical part is also described basic concepts, which are used in practical part of thesis. Practical part of thesis deals with three topics. First is determined usual price of family house, then is described example of financing this house and finally is done development analysis of prices of family houses in South Moravian region with comparation with others factors.
Methods of Building Wear and Their Applicability in Practice

This diploma thesis is a survey describing the relationship that different methods of determination of wear of properties have to valuation of the market price and to the price obtained according to the valid assessment act no. 151/1997 Sb. As a basis for this survey, three family houses of different age were chosen to show the relationships of different methods to prices in various stages of life span of the buildings. All the partial results of the analysis of the different methods of determination of wear of particular buildings were compared with the market and obtained prices. The family houses were assessed according to the assessment act and its relevant implementing decree no. 3/2008 Sb. The valuation of the market prices was made according to the current situation at the real property market in respective locations of the assessed properties.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to built the optimal price of the works in terms of investor. The compilation of construction cost of a family house considering the charges resulting from its usage. Two functional segments from the budget were chosen for creating an alternative solution including the costs assessment and the life cycle costs. Finally, the optimal variant of materials was chosen and the price was compiled.
Influence of Insulating a Building for Family Holiday on the Expenses Related to its Operation

This diploma thesis deals with the impact of thermal insulation on expenses relateted to the operation of the weekend house. Theoretical part describes options of thermal insulation systems, insulation methodes, describes structural prices and costs. Practical part of this thesis describes heat costs on specific weekend house situated in Karlovy Vary region. Thermal insulations are designed in three different variants. Calculation of costs of every designed insulation systém is included in this thesis. In next part of thesis is calculated return of investment for every designed solution. In conclusion of the diploma thesis are compared impacts of thermal insulation on expenses ralated to the operation of the weekend house.
