Vocational Education and its Tax Aspects

The bachelor’s thesis is focused on tax aspects of vocational education of employees and students. The main goal is to systemize rules and to suggest steps that leads to tax optimization of educational costs. The theoretical part of the thesis defines needs for education of employees, various form of vocational education and funding possibilities. The analytical part consists of tax aspects summarizations in relation to dedicated laws for individual forms of education. The pracical part applies and describes the costs optimalization related to education based on model example where benefits of individual forms of education are compared.
Professional teacher in the field of dental technician and his teaching

This thesis focuses on the vocational education system, practitioners, and tuition of two medical fields of study: dental technician assistant and certified dental technician. The aim is to find out what the profile is of tutors in these fields, how they teach theoretical and applied subjects, and what the possibilities of didactical and content enhancement are. I conducted research to outline the situation in medical schools with the dental technician field of study. In the Czech Republic, there are 13 schools teaching the subject. The research was carried out as follows: I had sent electronic questionnaires to the schools and received answers from 54 vocational teachers, that's four teachers from each school. The quantitative research was further enriched by qualitative research in the form of interviews with practicing specialists, who commented on core competencies expected from the graduates to succeed as dental technicians. Results of the research pointed out that changes are needed not only in the educational methods that are applied but also in the content that is taught. Vocational education in the context of career preferences during the Covid pandemia and in the previous period.

The diploma thesis on the topic of vocational education in the context of career preferences during the Covid pandemic and in the previous period deals in the first part with the specification of the concept of vocational education and then describes the development of vocational education in the Czech Republic. The current state of vocational education with opportunities in the educational path of students is mentioned here. The work is further focused on the socio-psychological concept in the choice of profession for students. The factors and actors who enter the choice of profession are listed. The empirical part of the work addresses the preferences in the choice of profession in the reflection of the Covid period. Changing preferences of students entering the labor market are identified. The diploma thesis verifies the assumptions about the change of preferences when choosing a profession and these are determined on the basis of a questionnaire method. Questionnaires were sent to students of secondary vocational schools in the Karlovy Vary region. Perceptions of students' preferences in choosing a profession were also ascertained among secondary vocational school teachers in the same region. Economic crisis in 1929-1934 and its impact on the Jablonec glass industry with special reference to Železný Brod region

A B S T R A C T This thesis analyzes the impact of the economic crisis in 1929-1934 on the Jablonec glass making with main attention to the district Železný Brod. One of the main causes of decline of the Czechoslovak glass industry in the first half of the 30s of 20th century was formed by pro-export focus. The region of Železný Brod and Jablonec nad Nisou had represented sites with major export, production and refining of glass that were for this reason by the economic crisis strongly affected. Deteriorating economic conditions at the beginning of 30s have resulted in intensified state intervention in industry, including the glass manufacturing as one of the most affected industrial areas. Because mostly cartels had regulatory function in the industry, a number of agreements among the glass producers in Jablonec nad Nisou and Železný Brod area were concluded. This thesis considers with different types of production and refining of the glass in order to offer the complete overview over the glass production in districts Jalonec nad Nisou and Železný Brod. Human Protection in Emergencies as a Theme for Vocational School Students

TITLE: Human Protection in Emergencies as a part of Health Education AUTHOR: Iva Metelková DEPARTMENT: Department of Education SUPERVISOR: PaedDr. Eva Marádová, CSc. ABSTRACT Human Protection in Emergency (HPE) is the subject of this theoretical research thesis. The theoretical part focuses on a set of human protection in emergency and military training in the broader historical context but also legislative context. Space is devoted to the unambiguous definition of related terms. Furthermore the course curriculum reform with emphasis on the level of secondary vocational education. The practical part is focused on the evaluation of the research that was conducted among the students of first and second years of nonscience oriented secondary vocational schools. Data for the research was obtained by questionnaire survey and analyzed the statistical method. The work also includes a draft concept for the implementation of the teaching of human protection in emergencies. The objective of this proposal is to ensure access to information concerning the HPE for students but also for teachers and that contribute to the formation of desirable patterns of behavior for participation in the incident. This bachelor thesis Qualifications according to the needs of the time deals with the lifelong learning, its main idea and the main signs of the society of knowledge. It deals with the kinds and division of lifelong learning. Further the strategic documents are pointed out, on which is the main conception of this thesis, based on. The second part describes the concept of lifelong learning in Czech Republic. Here the main goals of lifelong learning are described and the way of cooperation of the systems and organizations, which are involved in its realization. The last part of this bachelor thesis is directed on the interview analysis. Here is shortly characterized the methodology of quantum research followed by its evaluation. The interviews were made with the employers in security services, who have the biggest experiences with lifelong learning in Czech Republic.
