Practical training from the perspective of a student and nurses executed in the anaesthetic and resuscitation room and intenzive care unit

This Bachelor thesis deals with preparation of students studying the branch of General Nurse for their future profession. It is particularly focused on the practical training at intensive care units and it offers the attitude of a student and nurses who supervise the practical training at these departments. The theoretical part of this Bachelor work describes preparation of students for the profession of a nurse and qualification conditions for this occupation. The work also considers the nurse as an expert who participates in preparation of students in his/her capacity as a mentor. Further, there are mentioned special characteristics of the intensive care at the departments of anaesthesiology and resuscitation and at the departments of the intensive care unit. The practical part deals with four aims which were set at the beginning of the research. The aims are focused on the factors which influence both positively and negatively practical training at the departments of anaesthesiology and resuscitation and at the departments of the intensive care unit. They also try to find out how students benefit from the practical period spent at these departments in order to reach targets they had set. One of the aims is focused on the holistic attitude of students during their practical training. The aims involve three spheres of research questions for both sets of respondents. The research was carried out with the qualitative method using the semi standardized interview with two groups of respondents. The first group consisted of nurses ? mentors from the departments of anaesthesiology and resuscitation and from the departments of the intensive care unit from the hospital in České Budějovice (Nemocnice České Budějovice a.s.) and from the hospital in Písek (Nemocnice Písek a.s.). The second group of respondents was formed by students of the third year of the General Nurse full-time study program at ZSF JU in České Budějovice (South-Bohemian University in České Budějovice). The work presents interviews with both research sets in casuistries and the data from interviews are written into categorizing charts. The aim of the work sums up research results. All research questions were answered and the aims were fulfilled. The research results point out problems which both nurses ? mentors and students during the practical training face. However, the research showed also aspects which require special attention and needs of nurses and students in the process of the practical training. Research results can be used in the establishments which provide students studying the branch of General Nurse with practical training in order to make the training more effective.

František Záviška. Inventory of personal papers

František Záviška (1879-1945)habilitated in theoretical physics at Charles University (Prague) in 1906, he was appointed professor extraordinarius in 1914 and professor ordinarius in 1919. He studied in the Cavendish laboratory in Cambridge (1906/7). He was physicist, primarily engaged in physical optics, theories of electromagnetic fields and hydrodynamics. He became member of the Royal Bohemian Learned Society (1919), the Czech Academy of Sciences and Arts (1914) and the Association of Czechoslovak Mathematicians and Physicists (1898). His personal papers are housed in 14 boxes. Biographical documents are rather rich as regards his study and university career, though correspondence, scientific work and documentation from his public activities are scarce. Set of testimonies of Záviška's death, obituaries, memories and articles to jubilees are an important part of the fonds. Documentation of his wife, Emilie Antonie, née Škodová, is preserved, too.

Systém financování vysokých škol v současné době je ovlivňován několika trendy, zejména rostoucí poptávkou po vysokoškolském vzdělání, změnami v poptávce na trhu práce. Cílem této práce je posoudit stávající systém financování veřejných vysokých škol v České republice, zjistit, zda je efektivní, zaměřit se na jeho problémy a dále na možnosti řešení. Práce zahrnuje popis nákladů spojených se studiem, zdrojů financování vysokého školství a pravidla poskytování dotací ze státního rozpočtu, otázku efektivnosti využívání těchto zdrojů. Práce se věnuje ekonomickým aspektům vysokoškolského vzdělání. Zabývá se problematikou školného neboli finanční spoluúčastí studentů financování vysokoškolského vzdělání.

The thesis confronts the theoretical basis of a corporate identity creation with the practical reception of this identity. The thesis is supplemented by the marketing research.

Economic thoughts in works of Petr Chelčický

This study refers to Czech fifteenth century thinker Petr Chelčický, which is considered to be one of thinkers from times of Hussite revolution. However his thoughts refer to Hussite movement and come out from their main ideas, his original convictions stand quite along hussite mainstream. The study also points to whole Hussite movement and Hussite revolution in Bohemia in fifteenth century, as to period before as well. Also study refers to strange life of Petr Chelčický and evolution of his thoughts through Hussite revolution. The aim of the study is to find out any economic thoughts in main works of Petr Chelčický.

Diplomová práce popisuje vývoj softvéru na platformě Visual Studio 2005 Team System (VSTS). Práce klade důraz především na popis funkcionality umožňující efektivní týmovou spolupráci a na popis nových inovativních rysů. Práce nepopisuje pouze pozitivní rysy produktu, identifikuje také základní nedostatky současné verze, na základě zkušeností vývojových týmů používajících VSTS a subjektivních názorech autora.
