As a part of the systematic SAR study in ANP series (many of ANP derivatives posses significant antiviral and cytostatic activity), we intended to study the behavior of ANP analogues bearing in the molecule two phosphonate residues. Na základě systematické SAR studie ANP látek (mnoho z nich vykazuje vysokou antivirovou a cytostatickou aktivitu) byla započata studie nových analogů ANP obsahující ve své molekule dvě fosfonátové skupiny.
