Apartment Building

The aim of this bachelor thesis is processing the project documentation for construction of the nearly zero-energy apartment building. The apartment building is a non-basement detached house with simple rectangular floor plan, which is situated in the west side of Hustopeče u Brna. On the first floor there are technical premises and 5 garages.The new building has 8 dwelling units. The layout of the 2nd floor and the 3rd floor is the same, there are 3 apartments (1 apartment with 1 room with kitchenette and 2 apartment with 3 rooms with kitchenette). Apartments with 3 rooms they have a loggia, they are made with using ISO-supports. The 4th floor is different, there is located two apartments (1 apartment with 2 rooms with kitchenette and 1 apartment with 4 rooms with kitchenette), these apartments have large terraces.
The block of flats

The subject of my barchelor thesis is the design and the elaboration of project documentation of the construction of the apartment building. Projected building is located in restful part of city Přerov with viewpoint to surrounding rural area and the place of Saint Hostýn pilgrimage. Detached building with semi-flush basement and three overground floors offers a capacity of 6 flat units for the settlement for 21 persons. Modular flats are situated lengtwise with disposition of 3 rooms + cooking place and 4 rooms + cooking place into two parts of groundplan with different proportions, that have connected by cental corridor with lift and technical utility room. Architectural rendering takes into accout the requests of comfort living and utility space, that every housing unit have larger social zone, with own terrace, storage room and cellar. Parking places for 9 cars are reserved on the plot with possibility of covered parking at the individual garage in basement. There are also meeting room, bike shed and laundry room. Material of bulding is formed of prefabricated system of wall masonry from brick shard fittings with standardized dimensions. External surface of the builng is provided by contact system of heat insulation consistent to the ETICS requests. Ceiling tiles of reinforced concrete are constructed monolithically. There is used prestressed reinforced concrete for better possibilities of use the basements individual garage. The building use technical equipment and technologies for using of renewable resources and is projected like building with almost zero energy consumption.
Polyfunctional house

The main aim of the thesis is to design a new building of the mixed-use building in Brno. The building consists of two parts. One part consists of shops. The second part consists of offices and conference space. It is a building that has three floors above ground and one underground. In the basement there are a facilities and a garage. Shops are designed on the ground floor. There are offices on the second floor. Conference rooms are on the third floor. The building has a flat roof. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from Porotherm ceramic blocks. In the core of the building, the vertical load bearing structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete walls. Columns are used in the building for the possibility of open space. The masonry of the basement consists of white bathtub. The floors are designed as folded from the Spiroll system. Internal non-load-bearing walls are designed from gypsum board with double cladding. The second part of the work deals with forced ventilation, cooling and central heating. In the third part of the project I deal with acoustics. The project was carried out in the Auotocad program. All constructions comply with valid standards and regulations.
Multifunctional building Cimburkova

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of multifunctional building in Brno, in Cimburkova street. The building is placed on flat terrain and it has four floors. Floor plan of multifunctional building is rectangle shaped. There are three different establishments in this building. Most of space of ground floor and first floor is used as parking. Rest of space of ground floor and second floor is used as café, hairdresser and store. There are eight separate offices and sanitary facilities, break rooms, storages and servers. The supporting construction of building is made of reinforced concrete column system and ceiling slabs. The building is based on reinforced concrete slab and than there is a flat roof above the building.
Apartment building

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the preparation of a selected part of the project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. The aim is to design a suitable layout solution that meets the requirements of modern living. It is necessary to choose a suitable design and material sulution. The apartment is set in a slightly sloping terrain. The building consists of 4 floors and basement. The building is based on foundation strips made of concrete. The vertical load-bearing structures are made of ceramic masonry, in the case of perimeter masonry, the load-bearing structure is supplemented by a contact thermal insulation system. Horizontal load-bearing structures are formed by semi-assembled ceramic ceilings. Roof is designed as a green roof. In the basement of the building there are 5 separate garages, utility room, workroom, carriage house and cellar. In the above-ground part of the building there are 9 housing units of a various layouts and sizes. Part of the bachelor´s thesis is also the assessment of the building in terms of building physics (thermal engineering, acoustics, sunlight and daylight) and also in terms of fire safety.
Wooden house from CLT panels

This bachelor thesis focuses on design of two-storey wooden house with a basement. The structural system of the house is made from CLT panels- system Novatop. The basement is made of permanent formwork. The facade of a house is insulated with the ETICS system. The facade of the garage forms ventilated facade. The building is roofed by a pitched roof. The roof above the garage is made as a flat extensive green roof. The building is spacious and offers a lot of space for a family of five. The first floor forms the communication part of the house. There is a guest room, bathroom, kitchen with a living room. The living room is connected to an outdoor terrace with a pergola. On the second floor, there are rooms, a bedroom and a special place for reading. In the basement, there is a bolier-room.
Detached House with Dental Surgery in Velke Porici

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of a family house with an office. The family house is divided into two residential units. In the 1st floor, the housing unit is adapted for a young family and in the 1st floor for parents. Part of the establishment is designed according to the requirements of the investor - dentist, for the dental office. The proposed building is located in a quiet part of the town of Velké Poříčí. The surrounding area consists of family houses with a maximum of 2 floors.

This bachelor thesis deals with desing of timber frame house situated in the catastral unit Andovce, region Nové Zámky, Slovak Republic. It is a detached house with garage standing in a newly created resident area. It is designed for a family of four. There is an individual working place with separate entrance. The house has two floors without basement. Saddle roof is placed above living space of family house and garage has flat roof with attic. House is designed as a timber frame construction covered with gypsum fibreboard Fermacell.
Detached house with a workshop

The topic of this bachelor‘s thesis is processing of a project documentation of a new building of detached house with a workshop – design office with facilities. The building is located in the inner city of Hradec Králové on a flat plot. This detached house has no basement. There is ground floor and residential attic. Building has a irregular plan with the biggest proportions 14,32 m x 15,32 m with height of main ridge 7,66 m. This main roof truss covers double storey part of house and roof slope is 30°. Single storey part of house is covered by mono-pitched roof with roof slope 12°. At the southwest wall of building is huge terrace with a sitting. It is accesible from living room. Whole object surrounds by garden with new trees and bushes. Near to entering the building is a little pond. At the northeastern part of plot is a small parking place. Layout of house is adapted for four-membered family. An important part of the house is a design office enabling work from home. This building is middle size. There are rooms like living room, guest room, facilities and garage. Covered entrance to wind lobby is situated in the northeastern part of the plot. From this wind lobby is possible to acces to design office or staircase hall which is situated at ground floor in the center part of house. At the southeast part of house is situated guest room and utility room. At the southwest is a huge living room with dining area and kitchen which is center of social life of the familly. Northwest part of house is intended for facilities, pantry, registry, storage and garage. At attic is situated bedrooms with dressing rooms and sanitary facilities, gaming-room and storage.
Presidential villa Slavin

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a villa of the President of the Slovak Republic. The villa will serve as a residence during the discharge of an office of Slovak president and at the same time it will serve as a place for partial representative acts. The building of the presidential villa is divided into two parts: the representative part, which is designed as two-storey with basement, and the residential part, which is designed as two-storey without basement. In the basement there is a garage for 3 vehicles and on the plot, there will be an uncovered parking area for 3 vehicles. The floor plan of the villa consists of three rectangular shapes with a flat vegetated roof. Horizontal and vertical load-bearing structures are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete.
