Home for the enderly people

The thesis is focused on newly built home for the elderly people in cadastre of Vlkanec village, in Kutna Hora district. The building area is rectangular shaped, with entrance to the area situated from local tarmac road. The house is designed for barrier-free housing of forty people in twenty- six apartments. The house includes common area for providing services for local residents and residents of neighboring villages. The services provided are to be catering services, general practitioner’s office and hair/nail salon. The object consists of service building, living facilities, joined to main building as a left and a right wing and adjacent terraces. The living facilities have three floors (cellarage and two above floors). The utilities, such as laundry room, drying room, boiler room, are situated in the cellar, the apartments and the common areas are in two above-ground floors. Architectural solution of the house is outlined so it uses mostly traditional natural building material (brick, stone, wood, metal) in its inherit color. Furthermore, the project is dealing with rain water management, local communications, such as the road, car park and pavements.

Detached House with Design Office

This bachelor thesis deals with the project documentation of a detached house with the design office, which is designed as a two-floor and cellarless. The first floor is divided into a working part with design office and the residential part, where is living room, kitchen and sanitary facilities. The second floor is used only for residential purpose. The structural system is a brick wall. The building is designed as a self-standing house on a gently sloping terrain. Tho roof is gabled.

The aim of my master thesis is to solve a construction and technological project of a sports complex in the regional city of Hradec Králové. The content of the thesis is a technical report for the construction and technological project, solution of wider transport relations, calculation of the construction according to THU, time and financial plan of the construction, study of the implementation of the main technological stages, design of the construction site equipment, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, time plan for the rough construction SO 01, itemized budget for the rough construction of SO 01, technological regulation for monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings SO 02, inspection and testing plan for monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings SO 02, safety aspects of construction, source limits, traffic signs near the construction site, noise study, LEED 2009, schematic section of the temporary entrance, alternative floor solution for SO 01.

Apartment building

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a newly-built apartment building in Opava. The apartment building is designed as a four-storey building with a basement. In the above-ground floors are located common house equipment and 14 flats. In the under-ground floor is located collective garage. Flats in the first floor have own terrace and flats in second up to fourth floor have balconies. The vertical construction system in the above-ground floors is masonry. Basement is projected as column system out of impermeable concrete. Horizontal bearing construction are made of reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. The roofing is desing as a one-layer flat green roof. Bachelor’s thesis includes project documentation for the construction.

Detached House with Two Flats in Uhřínov

The bachelor thesis deals with a design of a detached house which includes two interconnected apartments. The property is situated on the edge of the town called Uhřínov, near Velké Meziříčí. The house is intended for a 5-member family and two grandparents, one of which is wheelchair dependent that is why one of the apartments is wheelchair accessible. The building has two floors and no basement. In the southeast part of the property a garage with a workshop is designed. The building is designed to be built from the construction system KM BETA. The construction of the ceiling is designed from reinforced concrete and the construction of the roof is made of two girder roofs with its incline of 10°.

The thesis is focused on the preparation of documentation project of new residential building with twenty flats. The building is located in Valašské Meziříčí. The building has four floors, which are used for housing and one underground technical floor with garage and cellar booths. The building is brick ceramic blocks Porotherm and it is covered with a flat roof. The drawings were processed in a computer program AutoCAD.

The theme of thesis is to design low energy detached house in the village Drozdin in the Olomouc region. The building comprises two floors without basement. The building has receding floor and is covered saddle roof and hipped roof. Partial roofing first floor consists half-hip roofs.

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is design documentation for construction of family house with parlor. House is designed for family of five members. The family house is located on a flat plot. The building has ground floor and basement. The building has a partial basement with two above-ground floors. The object is based on basic passports. The vertical perimeter structures are designed from the Porotherm system. Horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete. Roof construction of the object is composed by flat roofs and shaped roof. Drawings were worked out in software Archicad.

The Influence of Individual Factors on the Selling Price of Real Estate in Selected Localities

The work is focused on changing the price while including criteria that are a priority for people who plan to buy an apartment. The main intention was to find out how the price will change compared to the analysis carried out in the bachelor's thesis, where the price was determined only according to dispositions. The work is therefore focused on four localities, which are the cities of Olomouc, Zlín, Liberec and Hradec Králové. Two on the territory of Moravia and two on the territory of Bohemia. The entire work is divided into 8 parts. The first 5 parts include the theoretical part. In the first part, basic concepts are discussed in detail. In the second real estate valuation. In the third, basic activities and subjects of the real estate market. The fourth segments of the real estate market and the fifth briefly the relationship with the financial sector. The others then represent the practical part, where the solved localities are presented in detail in the sixth chapter. In the seventh is a marketing survey and in the eighth is the aforementioned analysis of the real estate market itself.

The apartment building is designed as a three-storey building with a basement. There are 9 apartments on the upper floors. One od them is a barrier-free. In the basement there is a common house equipment aned collective garage. The apartments on the first floor have their own terrace and the apartments on the second and third floors have their own balcony. The vertical construcion system in the upper floors is brick. The basement is made of hydraulic concrete. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. The roofingv is designes as a single-skin flat green roof. The bachelor’s thesis contains project documentatin for the construction.
