Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro novostavbu bytového domu v Havlíčkově Brodě. Bytový dům je navržen jako třípodlažní podsklepený objekt. V nadzemních podlažích se nachází 9 bytů. Z toho je jeden řešený jako bezbariérový. V podzemním podlaží se nachází společné domovní vybavení a hromadná garáž. Byty v prvním podlaží mají vlastní terasu a byty v druhém a třetím podlaží mají vlastní balkón. Svislý konstrukční systém v nadzemních podlažích je zděný. Suterén je řešený z vodostavebního betonu. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce tvoří železobetonové stropní desky. Zastřešení je řešeno jako jednoplášťová plochá zelená střecha. Bakalářská práce obsahuje projektovou dokumentaci pro provádění stavby. The subject of bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a new construction of an apartment building in Havlíčkův Brod. The apartment building is designed as a three-storey building with a basement. There are 9 apartments on the upper floors. One od them is a barrier-free. In the basement there is a common house equipment aned collective garage. The apartments on the first floor have their own terrace and the apartments on the second and third floors have their own balcony. The vertical construcion system in the upper floors is brick. The basement is made of hydraulic concrete. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. The roofingv is designes as a single-skin flat green roof. The bachelor’s thesis contains project documentatin for the construction.
