Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu se dvěma bytovými jednotkami, které jsou vzájemně propojeny. Stavební pozemek se nachází na kraji obce Uhřínov u Velkého Meziříčí. Novostavba je určena pro pětičlennou rodinu a dva prarodiče, z nichž jeden je na vozíčku, proto je první bytová jednotka řešena bezbariérově. Objekt je nepodsklepený, má dvě nadzemní podlaží. V jihovýchodní části pozemku je navržena garáž s dílnou. Budova je navržena z konstrukčního systému KM BETA. Konstrukce stropu je ze železobetonu a konstrukci střechy tvoří dvě vazníkové střechy se sklonem střešní roviny 10°. The bachelor thesis deals with a design of a detached house which includes two interconnected apartments. The property is situated on the edge of the town called Uhřínov, near Velké Meziříčí. The house is intended for a 5-member family and two grandparents, one of which is wheelchair dependent that is why one of the apartments is wheelchair accessible. The building has two floors and no basement. In the southeast part of the property a garage with a workshop is designed. The building is designed to be built from the construction system KM BETA. The construction of the ceiling is designed from reinforced concrete and the construction of the roof is made of two girder roofs with its incline of 10°.
